If I can maker it tonight I might drive Corvette for a change, if I don't take the Cobra.

Can anyone give me an idea of how quick the 'vette is at Monza, I can't get it within 1.5 secs of my Cobra time and GTLRank is no help as they only record the big block 'vette.

I'm 1.16 at the mo'.

1:16 - that's fantastic  Shocked
Or is it rather a 2:16  Grin
Anyhow - tested different cars and the GT40 is more than 1,5 sec faster than the next thing.
Dont know exactly what to take as I was really enjoying the GT40, but could also be that I wont be able to get to the race tonight  Sad
If I make it it will probably the Cobra again - I love that monster  Grin

I guess you guys don't need me anymore for placing times on the board Tongue. I would have, if I had the time, but work and study go first (sometimes Cheesy)

Monza is going to show up the differences in power more than any other track. Had a quick practise, and managed the following:

GT40 - 2:07.6
Corvette - 2:11.1
Elan - 2:13.8

Probably won't race tonight though, as I'm still getting over my cold.  Sad

I did a 2:09.7 in the Corvette (Stingray). Gonna pick this car again tonight because yesterday I lost connection and I still want to test this car.

Excellent, I think we're still unsure just what the 'Vette is capable of. Cool

I'm going to give it a miss tonight as I've strained something in my right elbow with all this racing. Undecided

I know its capable of turning 180 degrees at turn 1, seems like it wants to purposely. Shocked

I did a few laps just now in the vette and managed a 2:09.9, so Ruskus will surely squeeze in to the high 08's maybe or atleast low 09's? it is tricky tho Shocked

I did do a 2:08.2, but again after the formation lap I lost connection. What's with that??? Never had that before.
Was a very strange formation lap, lot's of speed changes, the grid was torn up before the start.
This class is no fun for me, it's just too dominated by GT40's, especially on this track.
