Congratulations to Andy on Winning the JSMT 

The choices of Snetterton and Crystal Palace as the race venues were really fitting.

We will be in residence at the Revival and will want to meet as many GPL'ers as possible again this year and of course present the JSMT to its worthy winner.

This year I will endeavour to let everyone know well ahead of time when and where we will make the presentation.

This is my first Goodwood and I will be there only on the Saturday.
Tickets arrived today.

I am intending to be there for the whole weekend and am about to book a campsite pitch as well over the coming weekend.

The Goodwood campsite allows for 4 people to share a pitch and you can have more than one tent on a pitch. It is a little more expensive than other sites in the area but once there you have no travelling costs or traffic probs.....and you can have a beer without any worries   .
Is there anyone else who wants to share the cost of this pitch ( with electric hook-up so I have kettle,toaster and mini fridge NO! not a mini bar a mini fridge!!).

I will be arriving on Thursday afternoon and leaving on Monday morning, but if anyone needs an overnight stay we can work that out I'm sure.

Looking forward to meeting up with Malcolm and his family again and relinquishing custodianship ( reluctantly!) of the magnificent Joe Shaw Memorial Trophy to Andy Livingstone.

Maybe we should move this Goodwood thread to a new topic?

Edit... Phil has just claimed a share of the campsite that I have booked along with his son, so that leaves room for only one small tent and occupant if we can squeeze it in.
