We had 3 years+ of just the 60's cars. Being able to race some cool 70's cars has been a breath of fresh air  thumbup1 they are a feast for the senses  Smiley
Maybe alternate a series using 60's cars with another using 70's, should keep everyone happy. Maybe  Tongue

Had good fun in this race, despite spinning at the end of the pit straight on lap 1!. I think I just tagged the back of Niels Porsche but he carried on OK, sorry there Niels  Sad. ...

Don't worry, I didn't even notice the incident! I'm still massively haddocked off about throwing away 2nd place all on my own though  Angry

What cars in particular were you alluding to Legz?
I don't know but if it helps, below is the old 'car values table' used in our popular (whistling) "Legzy Token's" series.
If you remember the cars were aimed at being balanced over a range of tracks & the best cars cost more tokens (i.e. the GT40 Gulf was fast & the Healey was not!).

It's not as simple as this, but basically, if you look at cars of the same value or one/two appart, they'll probably be relatively balanced on an "average" track.

But enough nostalgia, I've tried to highlight the cars I don't think we've used in PnG3 yet:

Shelby Cobra 289 Coupe (not Willment), Shelby GT-350R CASC
Shelby Cobra 289 Roadster, Ferrari 275 GTB/C, E Type Jag Lightweight 5 Speed, Corvette L72 Coupe
Shelby GT350 SCCA

Ford Mustang Trans Am, Ford Falcon Mann, Chevrolet z06 Coupe
Ferrari 250 C, Mustang NTK, Alpine 1300
Alfa Romeo GTA
Corvette L76 Roadster, Lotus Cortina Works
Abarth 1000TC Gr5,
TR4
Lotus Elite, Ferrari 250 B, Mini Cooper 1275s
Healey mk 2

That list is definately not inclusive of all the cars, but it's a fair coverage.

Appologies as I'm sure I'll have highlighted a couple I didn't realise have been available at some point.

But I'd say you've probably got the makings of three races there with hopefully not too much effort:
Cars valued 8 & 9 (basically yellow+)
Cars values 5 7 6 (basically orange+)
Cars valued 2 & 3 (basically green+)

Hope it helps Undecided

He is indeed, and I updated the Db a few days ago after a prompt from Alex.
I haven't regenerated the results because I have never figured out how to.

Thanks Legz. Any guide is useful for a starting point, I will start adding some more 60s cars into the mix
If you look at past comments from people there are some very mixed oppinions, but hey what's new  Roll Eyes

We have not used all the variants it's true, but we have used all the E-Type variants, and an occasional Mustang
and I think a Vette or two, or at least thay have been offered in events.

I have used Mogget's car groups for inspiration at times as well, though races here tend to have much
tighter grouping, so there is still a lot of testing and thinking to be done  chef
