I'd be grateful if any UKGTL racers who don't already have a GTLRank account could create one and upload their times. This could help us with league planning. I'm on there as Michael Bennett.

Thanks.

The correct procedure is brake-swear, not swear-brake.

Give a man a fish- he'll eat for a day. But give him a fishing rod and... he'll break it up for firewood, or just possibly, swap it for a fish.

I like the idea of this but.....

After last nights race I looked to see how I compared to the world out there, my time of 1:52.771 was good enough for 3rd palce in the list  Shocked I know that's because the quick guys wouldn't dream of taking the Healey round Anderstorp. I decided to upload my times so I could bask in the glory for awhile  Grin Trouble is I didn't appear on the list  Angry

Seems the game logged the time as Zolder!! Until GTL sorts out this error GTL Rank is a bit of a joke, I certainly can't say what times in my carrear file are valid or not  :'(

Had that a couple of times too Picnic. It's a real shame tbh, Uwe is doing his best to get the most out of it, but if the game gives me a laptime of 10:26 in Dijon Prenois short, because I just drove TheMother online, what can we do?! LOL!

It's a bit of a pain, GTL seems to get confused by online races sometimes. I've had to manually edit my career.blt file occasionally to get it right. The duff times usually stand out a mile, so it's still useful.

That example is ok it's when you get a 2 minute time for Dijon logged against the mother it's an issue  Wink (I admit that is an easy one to sort out as unrealistically quick) Uwe has done a great job over the years with all the Rank sites but in GTL's case you just don't know if a time is real or not.

Is the bug online racing only then?

I think so, I've never seen it when racing offline.

Did they not sort that bug out in the 1.1 patch? If they did you'll still presumably need to delete all the old times from your career.blt.

It's intesting on rF that it doesnt specifically shows offline track records.
