Moderator's Report

SOOOO close to a clean Red Zone...

I found both of the incidents very hard to adjudicate on. Hard racing and nose to tail racing.

Server replay time: 0h01m28s

KingHiro and Clutch are fighting hard. Neither does much wrong - Clutch was entitled to think he was past and kept a tight line. KH drove the normal line and Clutch is not visible in his mirrors so he may have felt that he was still ahead and entitled to the line. This is a borderline racing incident with issues... although KH could (and should) have left more room if he wasn't sure. The other carnage was nobody's fault.

Server replay time: 0h12m00s

Another racing incident on steroids. Fran makes a mistake and kinghiro senses an opportunity. As Fran recovers the gap closes quickly. Both drivers contribute to the ensuing collision. Fran should have left more room having made the mistake and KH was always asking for trouble racing into a closing gap when Fran was not fully in control.

He had been chasing for three laps and was maybe getting a bit frustrated.

Apologies for not publishing the Moderation for Monaco. I'll sort that out next week.

Shortlived. Started dead last in the hope of getting a safe start.

No Yellows from what I could see going over the brow (in my replay at least, and usually GPL is pretty good with the Marshal's Yellows), out of T3 or so, the track was strewn with a gaggle of cars, tried to slow and avoid, but I chiose the wrong route and had contact, lost a wheel, so race over.

Now I really am disappointed at this one 'cos that was a good qually by my standards & 7th in that company is good for me. Ran into someone else's accident & hit a car that was accross the road who I think was my mate Clutch but he'd already had a coming together with someone else.
I exited immediatly but he thinks it took out several other cars behind as well.

Clutch cannot make a posting on any UKGPL thread when logged on so can't comment here. Maybe as well !! Sad. Paul(B/Blood I'll e-mail you about his problem.

This was a race I want to forget. I had an ok start but did not dare cut in in front of bot and went wide wich caused a loss of speed.Lost about 4 spots. Then Miller coming up my outside and went a bit wide.  For safety I lifted to let him in front too. Another loss of speed that gave clutch a chance to come up my inside. I never saw him in the mirrors and never heard him and just turned in sure that noone was there. so so sorry.
I managed to come up to 7 th after another clinch I think was race incident. When I was alone I started to think about what happened in that horrible start when I actually just wanted to be careful and I ran off. Just as well since I shouldn t have survived the first crash anyway. The way the track was bending made clutch be in blindspot all time xpt for a split sec when I guess I looked forward. (I looked rpy.)don t understand why I didn t hear him maybe cause he had same engine and rev or something.  Sorry to everyone that was caught.
what a big dissappointment after qualing second.

Really sorry Dean that I tipped myself over with the grande finale to come. Terrific scrap as far as I was concerned and on a track like this where racing can be quite lonely. Thanks mate and I hope you keep it on the road and make that podium. Good luck everyone else and see you at the next one.

Grats to Maarten, Dean and Andy.

...Really sorry Dean that I tipped myself over...

Err, actually, I did that Sad . But we were both off track at the time (I'd gone off thinking it'd be safer than trying to squeeze through where you were sideways [I'd "tested" that route a few laps earlier Cheesy ] but then you went off right in front of me and tap "hey where'd he go??!" check mirror there he is teakettled in the shrubbery dang) so... sorry.
