Hi Gareth, 2 liters means 2,x liters ...so you can choose 2,7l or 2,5 l but not 3 liters !

After missing some recent events  (& missing out on events that I DID join...)  was looking forward to a drive through the greenery.
However,  can't make it as I'm in town with Black Sabbath.     Never mind - I'm sure we'll all get over it;  have fun  (I mean have enjoyable realistic racing experience) at this last event of the series.

Cheers,
Dave.

Hope we don't have to wear Boots like those Fairies  Roll Eyes something like that could drive a guy paranoid, unless of course he was an iron man.
But with a few changes we could find ourselves behind the wall of sleep after smoking sweet leaf and becoming masters of reality and lord of this world of GPL.
Then again, you could enjoy technical ecstasy with the right setup, or become children of the grave with the wrong setup?

Either way it opens the door for the never say die attitude of live evil.  Roll Eyes

How many starters tonight do you think Clive....13?

If the Mob Rules that might prove unlucky but I will try not to Sabotage your race!

If I had more time I would continue but time to eat, good luck tonight.

I hope you are not annoyed Tristan but I decided to get out of the way and allow you and Clive to get on with it. Good luck to both of you.

Unfortunately I promptly spun out of third a few laps later and having joined at the back was simply unlucky to come across the recovering Fran a bit further on. No problem Fran, these things do and will happen, sorry if your race was ended as well.

Best of luck to everyone still racing.

Very gentlemanly Ron, although I did not expect you to do that. I was quite prepared to fight for my place and that might have got very interesting  Roll Eyes

After you allowed me to pass I caught Tristan ,but I knew catching him and passing him are 2 very different things! But he made a mistake in the dip before Moss and spun, I was only just able to avoid him and slip though, if I had been any closer there would have been contact and that could have finished both our races!!  Tristan was very unlucky as he had to rejoin at the back of the field and I scampered away as fast as my little climax legs would carry me, hoping to build a comfort gap.

I watched on Prib as Tristan slowly clawed his way back up through the field and concentrated on keeping the distance between Tristan and my gearbox as big as I could without risking too much. I was able to ease down on the last few laps and cruise home safely once I knew that he would not catch me.....phew!!

It was cruel luck on Tristan making just one mistake and losing so much time. But I think the points situation meant that I did not need to beat Tristan, I just needed to finish right behind him, wherever he was, to take the championship.

It was a great season of races and some epic battles.

Thanks to David for getting a great list of tracks together and grats to everyone who took part. Thanks to Tristan who made this a really tough series ( geez that boy is quick!!!).  Wink

Very exciting race with battles from start to finish.  I really like the 66 cars, they always produce exciting races a good combination of power and grip.  The rather unrealistic draft helps to keep the bunch together and produces great racing IMO.  I hope the 66s will be back for season 26!!!!!

Grats to Clive on securing the title, pushed all the way by Tristan alien

Thanks for organizing a great season David.

Yeah, that was good racing, I really enjoyed! In my view 66 is the best mod after the blasting 69x ! But for sure on top of it all there is the Original 67.
So long
