I am asking the following 5 drivers to move from the Light to the Heavy.
Marco Mercaldo, Doni Yourth, Phil Thornton, David Rainier & Arf Arf. (A message is being sent to these drivers). If you don't agree please contact me.

I would suggest, if possible, an alternative solution.

Simply distribute drivers on two balanced grids (1/2 of light and 1/2 heavy each) alternating at every race, more or less as it was done in the Porsche champ.

Thus would not be anything different from what happens when the group is reduced and you end up all on a single server, I see no reason to move pilots from category in a forced way just to build a starting grid.

Roberto,
That is a good idea.

I have come up with split for two grids based on an even mix of full time & reserve drivers & then on a simple alphabetic split - which gives a reasonable mix of abilities.

Will be shown in the first race post.

Since my post yesterday we have two more sign ups - this makes things quite simple.

If attendances drop off we can still race on one grid.

Bernie,
The registration is set up for Light & Heavy.

This did not result in a very even split (not enough Heavy's) so the series is being run as Grid A & Grid B - with a spread of abilities on both Grids. I have put you on Grid B.

Thanks for registering.

I know nobody will be fooled by the small typo, but just noticed that all the May and June events are one day out. The dates shown are Saturdays..

The good thing with the wrong dates we're seeing until fixed, is Spring has since sprung forward to take up some of the slack.  Undecided
