I can't drive pork either, but many like to, so I include them. It is true though Pork is more polarised than most other cars.
The 914 is handy and easier to drive round this twisty track I am not particularly expecting an RSR3.0 to win though it might. Th "A" cars are not meant to be a lot faster than the "B" cars the same people are likely to win, they just may have to work a bit harder for it and those merely probed by Aliens have more of a chance to do battle is the intention.

Well when there's a big pile up and half the field retire you can re-evaluate the choice of club it's way too easy to be turned around in these repeated close corners with pendulum swinging 911's. And for those pansies who can't drive them or like to complain about them every time, there's always the agile 914/6 GT

And for those pansies who can't drive them.... Proud to be a fully paid up badge wearing 'Pansy' club member since my first ride in Pork

However, the RSR_30 is the absolute best as performance As a second choice the RSR_28 which is very fast but difficult to drive, very surly See you on track

Distinct lack of pre race posts for this event. Mickey mouse short layout hardly inspiring people and seems a waste of a great car set using it here to me Not a happy Porsche bunny....Ferraris at Portimao looks far more fun, at least they can stretch their legs

Let's face it, there is hardly any pre-race banter on the PnG forum at any time. And it's just another Porsche race. One of those things that has to be endured.

Also.........
The AI are a load of cheating rat bags on this track! They are all over the curbs.
I was on the server with Federico last night and, by contrast, he was being strictly UKPnG legal, even through that horrible wiggly bit.
I shall have to take a look at my replays to see if I have managed to keep one foot on the floor at all times.

Seemed like a fun combo when I tested it. too late to change anything now, just try to be positive and stick to the Jedi code. Also.... suggestions (apart from go away) for car choices for this series going forward would be much appreciated, if you have time to actually test 2 or 3 fairly close cars at a track you like (not a UK track) then PM me with your findings. One of the cars out of the 3 (but no more than 4) needs to be about 1 sec faster at a small track maybe 2 secs faster at a 2 mins+ track So it can inhabit the "A" group.

Seemed like a fun combo when I tested it. Yeh I tried half a dozen laps last night & quite enjoyed it, best lap was 1.08. Although I think I've nearly had enough of Porsches for a bit. How about some roller skates for the next race, I know Clive is just itching to have a go in some Minis.

Chortle, the next race is roller skates... though I guess you knew that Then sporty cars, then a mixture, ok there's are porks in there as well but you can ignore them if you like... Heck we used to run races with Porsches every Preston guild because they were hard to match with other cars, now, because there are more variants I can run them often, and MJ complains! There's no pleasing some folk

I'm looking forward to using the underutilised shorter layout myself, but I do have a question. Question:What do you get when you have a Pork only race Answer: Distinct lack of pre race posts for this event.

This series gives the chance to use the untrodden corners of PnG. Lets get the MkII Jag out but for crying out loud keep the Minis away from it!!!! PS I'm cautiously optimistic of clinging on to the server for all of this race! Which will be the first time in about a month.

I think you can forget the kerb police on the wiggly uphill bit, it's going to be hard enough avoiding contact in that sector as it is, and when following nose to tail Your hopefully going to be more focused on the rear end of the car in front!! Legz,

Legz, Rules are rules. Not an option. I agree it's difficult to know where the curbs are if you are stuffed up the exhaust of the car in front but just give him a tad more room.

Lets get the MkII Jag out
Now that would make a good LCC race, 3.8s for the top 3 & 4.2s for the rest (or 3.4s & 3.8s).
