Just couldn't compete with TT tonight, I had a mare of a time trying to get the car in a state I was happy with during Practice & Qually & hence was lucky to get 3rd I think.

I knew I only had two chances here, one was to use the Viper power on laps 1-2 to get past Apex & TT & the other might come with a slick pitstop.

Well I just couldn't quite get straight past Apex, which meant TT had opened up almost 2secs gap by the time Apex did succumb. So while I was able to match TT for a couple more laps, I just had to watch the gap grow as my med/hard tyres disintergrated.

Sadly I completely stuffed up my pit entry & I suspect TT's was perfect, so again I wasn't even close enough to get a tow out of him & it was an uneventful second half of the race that played out (with the exception of wondering if Picnic could get his tyres to last if he did splash & dash.... bottled it Wink).

Leaves a very exciting championship table, TT's now edged ahead, but not if you factor in the dropped week Shocked Grin.

Seems like a perfect race tonight, was worried about fast sections but saw Legzy couldn't close in so it was just go without big mistakes. Smiley

Appologies to NSfast, I tapped you into a spin in the little uphill hairpin, I thought I was being cautious

No problem Matt. I think I was perhaps a bit slow in that section in the early laps.
