(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Power and Glory v3.1 from: http://www.gtlw.co.uk/
(4) Some tracks in P&G have no 'Pit Speed Limiter' function. If so, you may go as fast as you like in the pits, but please exercise caution. Penalties will be handed out for causing contact in the pit lane. Use your best judgement when making your pitstop during the race.
(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect that.

Ahh world cup. Umm that football thing? nah I won't be watching any of that
Will be fun to see which nationalities of drivers come back to here as their country
gets knocked out  whistling Anyway I will keep scheduling events as long as
someone turns up.

I won't be doing this one either.

Shame as I like the Capri.

Like Stig, I'm also on the wrong side of the pond, but I'm in Canada.

With the IMSA exclusion, shouldn't that be the Schnitzer pair of cars instead?  They both have 478bhp and weigh 20kg less than the rest of the beemers that are at 425/431bhp.
The Imsa cars have 441bhp which is a good match for the capris at 444bhp and both similar weight +/-10kg.

Th RSR will probably get blown away here at 330/339 bhp, albeit weighing approx 120kg less. May do better in alien hands.

Wish I had some proper time to test all 3 cars out but won't get any laps in until race night  :'(

Horsepower wins at a quick wide track like Silverstone.

You may be right MJ, but for me the only car with a clear advantage was the IMSA
The RSR is slower as it has been in similar events, could still be competitive if someone
can carry the speed better than the others.

You would only miss 20mins or so, I will just watch it delayed with skyplus  Smiley

Matt, How about bringing the Race forward by 10mins, reducing qually to a 10min session? Keep us footie fans happy too. I would say bring qually forward but some guys don't turn up until qually sesh and might miss it.

Otherwise just me, Matt and Geoffers tonight then?   Undecided This might happen a lot during this month with the world cup on

I'll be there, though not practised. Short qually and/or earlier start is good with me.

Next thursday is England vs Uruguay at 8pm uk time, so I'll be in the pub for that one..

I can change the time easy enough. I won't watching any football anyway but if it helps others I will do it.

Ok, I have set RACE START now 20:25
