Tony, what happens if you get a 'cut track' warning on your hot lap, and thus no registered time - do you then just start from the back of the grid, or can you do an extra lap, to get a time ?

Cheers,
Erling

After pushing 20 or 30 cars, throwing tonns of snow, absolutely wet feet and head, I donno do I really reliable for the race. Mega snow storm. Cheesy I really like this track and it's my favorite class, but... will see.  Huh

Sorry Roger, my fault shouldn't have tried diving down the inside like that.  Next lap had cut corner drive through so packed up in disgust.

This was an uneventful race for me.  The front runners were setting quite an unbelievable pace, so no hope of keeping up.  First lap was a bit of en eye opener, when we got to the back straight, with the 4 parallel lanes.  I noticed the front runners all pulling completely left here.  That had never occurred to me in offline practice!  Could this be the secret of their fast laps ?  I tried it too, but having never done it before, I had to err on the side of caution, as I didn't know how much later you could brake, and how much faster you could enter the curve.  Didn't affect my laptimes much though.  Through the entire race, gaps to cars in front and behind grew at the same rate, so it quickly turned lonely.  Thought I had finished 4th, but it was upgraded to 3rd, by Pelle's unfortunate exit - at least you went out with a bang...  Wink

Cheers,
Erling

Great battle with Tony - unfortunately position changes between Tony and me
cannot be seen in Pelle's report (thanks for that!) because Tony always was
ahead at the starting line  Grin .

Great fun!
