Thanks for sorting that out Pete  Cool

It's a pain trying to find decent quality add on content for AC and one of the reasons why I still think it has a long way to go before being ready for any serious racing. Every mod I try seems to have some issue not to mention AC's little foibles  Roll Eyes

Let's hope we get an incident free race.

Smiley  Got to admit I felt the same but after a while found it quite a challenge, in spite of the niggles with the track this could prove a very successful combo if  it has a good attendance on Wed.

I vowed never to drive these competitively again after a race at Imola, so frustrating!! But at Goodwood they are a different beast altogether, seem to be built for this track, so count me in please Smiley
Bet they would be awesome at Cadwell Park .

I'm interested in joining the race. My only stumbling block is that I'll have to remember to book it before Qualify session. I don't mind if I'm not competitive in these cars. They are a blast to drive.

EDIT: Drat, my wife informed me that we already had plans. So it looks like I'll miss this race. I did do a practice session, and the car has more understeer than I remembered. Should be a fun car to toss around Goodwood though.

Hope you guys mean 1:24/1:25  Wink

I had a run out on the server last night, but I'm only getting down to 1:27's. Not been using AC for a while, but having a run around Goodwood in the Cobra brought a huge smile to my face. I'm hoping to make a comeback on Weds night, work is still hell at the moment but the run out last night has got me fired up and also had me chatting to the boss about a few changes in priorities  Wink

I was even "toying" with the kerbs in T1 last night  Grin

Hopefully the boss will take pity on me and I'll be there on Weds night.

Hope I'll have time to learn the track. At least how not to run wide in T1  Tongue

Cu on the black stuff, at least  hopefully most of the time Smiley

Here the things you have to watch out for.

Pit exit.

Gravel trap.

Kerb.

Sandbank 1.

Sandbank 2.

So the best thing to do, is stay on the tarmac!!

More chance of seeing Elvis than me.......

Can't make it again tonight, soft-soaping the boss didn't work.

Maybe next time... Have fun.

Well this was carp. No time before race start (so no concentration) and then I have a little bump with Animal. I was slowing down to let him get back, but I then fall in a bottomless pit and can't use escape. Sorry for the tap Animal, I was not far enough next to you in the fast righthander that you could see me. Braking was not an option any more, because that would've ploughed me straight into you. Still my error of judgement.
