@ Steve, do you know why you received a DQ. The results show you finished 12 laps?
Yes, carried a SnG to the finish line from lap 10. Ah, ok. Unfortunately you will have to lose those points.

I can sympathise with those who got SnG's for track cutting on this circuit, it was difficult because each area of the circuit appeared to have differing tolerances on track limits. I only did about 4 laps around this GTL version before practice and qually on Monday evening, and I clocked up a penalty on each lap. So, I made it a priority on Monday evening to explore the limits rather than post fast laps during practice. This continued for the first part of qualifying, until I was pretty sure that I knew where and how far I could push the limits. Only then did I look for a qualifying run with about 5 mins left on the clock. I still managed to cross the invisible line twice during the race, both times whilst following another car closely and just not paying enough attention to where exactly I was placing the car. There were places where I found that you could absolutely cut the corner to a ridiculous limits and suffer no penalty, which did kind of make one wonder why areas that offered much less advantage gave you a slap on the wrist?!!! Anyway the race was great fun and nursing the Camaro around and trying ( and failing) to keep Pelle and Jose in sight was a challenge. I did see a comment in chat after the race indicating that Pelle or Jose ( or both??) had run their engine health down to zero?? Just how do you do that damage LOL?? I started the race with 97% and ended with 93%. My tyres were also at about 50% wear perhaps indicates that I was not trying had enough??

Sorry Tony and sorry guys - unfortunately unable to upload the results generated with Autosimanalyzer. Got a virus infection when trying to install Filezilla ftp-client on Windows XP. Just checking my PC (writing from my Linux laptop). Here's an instruction how to do it: http://www.gamers-crib.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10340

Out of interest, Tony, if I had exited the game instead of crossing the line, would I have been awarded points, like SpecialKS (apologies to you Special) or is there an adjustment coming his way, too

Thanks José. Can you please explain how to upload files to a ftp-server? Newbie Tried to upload on googledrive too but failed The "Results"-folder has a lot of files and I didn't find a way to upload this folder at Googledrive. Looks that I was ableto solve my problem. On executing the filezilla download via Sourcefourge a software called Smartwrapper was installed and Avira immediately detected a virus. That software could not be deleted and slowed my machine considerably. Checked my system with Avira, Malwarebytes and Superantispyware without further discovery. With the latter I was luckily able to execute a "hard delete" of that software. Looks like windows is now running again in a normal shape. BTW - Filezilla is a regular addon on Linux machines. If I find a way how to upload via ftp-server on Googledrive I could make it via Linux. Thanks guys.

I don't have a ftp server so only I know how upload files to google drive and sharing. I found it this little manual por sharing in google drive: " https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/drive/MyD7dgLJaEo
So it seems like the options have been removed from old drive as well now (at least they have for me).
I found a workaround that seems to work in both Old and New Drive:
1. Share the folder so that it is Public on the web 2. From the Share popup copy the folder ID from the Link to Share. Eg the XX-XXXXXXXXXXX in https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=XX-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&usp=sharing (the id can also be taken from the URL when you are viewing the folder itself). 3. Use that ID to replace the XX-XXXXXXXXXXXXX in: http://googledrive.com/host/XX-XXXXXXXXXXXXX/index.html and remember to edit the filename of the html file."It certainly isn't as tidy but seems to work ok. Cheers!

Good fun and a unreal finish for me. The Dodge made it to the end in good shape except for the tires went away about L9. The first half of the race Steve and I played the rubber band game. I could pull away from the Jav. on the long straights and he would run me down through the S's and the hard right turn. The RT is a drag car and not a road racer, comes out of the corners like crazy and flies down the straights, but no brakes or cornering ability at least for me. Then Jose came into my mirror and we did the same thing for a few laps and he got past me after a mistake by me, only a matter of time anyway. Then Flash came into my mirror after his spin at the hard right and he bumped me because I was braking so early going into the S's. No problem Bud!!! He waited and the after about a lap he blew by me like Flash always does. The last few laps Erling was in my mirror but I think both of us had bad tires and I held him off or he just followed to get it over with. Good fun but this track has always had the cut problems, just gotta deal with it... Next week in the TVR and Lotus I'm sure I will be 15th instead of 5th. See you there........

Out of interest, Tony, if I had exited the game instead of crossing the line, would I have been awarded points, like SpecialKS (apologies to you Special) or is there an adjustment coming his way, too Tony can adjust the results how he sees fit, but may need your help in reporting things that aren't obvious from the results in the form the server delivers them. You can always file an incident report for things you think the moderator should look at, even if they don't involve interaction between two or more cars...
