Championship standings HERE Grid/server capacity: 28 Practice: ~19:20 (60 mins) Qualifying: 20:20 (20 mins) Race: 20:40 (12 laps) Track: Sebring 1970 Download thisCars allowed: American 1970's V8's pack Download this AMC Javelin Camaro Z28 Dodge Challenger RT71 Ford XB Falcon GT Plymouth SC 'Cuda Pontiac Firebird Time of Day Setting: 14:00 Start: STANDING Tyre wear: Normal Fuel consumption: Normal Server: simracing.org.uk Mondays Password: see aboveNotes: (1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage. (2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules. (3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read Autopit="0" Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable. Special Notes: Poor cut detection found at this version.

I did a practice with challenger and the motor health go down too fast. I think that is impossible to finish the race with challenger. My 3.07 time is taking all risk. In race I will be more careful (cut warnins).

I'm at least 7 secs off Jose's best time +1 I would like to propose to disable the cut warnings for this one - every time you touch one of the yellow hats you get one

I haven't had a cut for hitting a cone ever. And no we will not be disabling cuts.

I just did my first few laps around this track in GTL guise tonight to check that the d/loaded circuit works OK, nowhere near a setup or race pace yet. Jeez!, I have not even thought about which car to use, and just took the Javelin 'coz it was top of the list.. I discovered the "cut track" warning too on the first lap. I discovered it on the second lap too!!. It seems it is not the yellow cones that are considered as the track limit, but the slight change in colour of the tarmac 10 metres inside the row of cones!!! In other words, this track is a lot narrower than it looks, especially around turns 1 & 2, where it is easy to be lured in by all that open space.

No matter how many times I have driven on this track...I never learn these 'Cut Track' here, especially T1 & T2 My first attempt in CUDA on hotlap: Cut Track ...next lap more lucky: 3:05.3 Update:Falcon GT: 3.04.048...but too much in red on the long sides

@Clive I remember you from GPL...are you still active? Last week - I got a brain haemorrhage - installed GPL again...but to my surprise...it's almost impossible to get to work. FPS, big problems: Got a tip about trying OpenGLv2, it was the solution. G27, big problems ...& still no Pribluda
