No problem. But I'll be watching for any drivers who consistently cut corners  nono

If i remember correctly i was fastest with the Lotus doing 1.35's and a lot slower with the TVR with high 1.37's. All done offline as mostly i do practice when the servers are down for the other leagues..

Hope that i can make the race as i have to attend a birthdayparty tonight also. It will be the last race running a Logitech FormulaForce GP wheel as i have a replacement DFGT laying around!

2  problems tonight - couldn't stay on black stuff or achieve a flying lap.

                            - in garage, my car seemed to be placed over the top of oldgezzer's car.  Huh after quitting and rejoining, same problem.

So I quit, cars not setup properly and I didn't want to spoil anybodies race.  Roll Eyes

Have fun and the best of luck folks.  rockon

Replays and results now posted.

Very odd Bill, this track should host 19 cars easily.

I don't know whether it will accept 19 cars but I suffered the same problem as Bill. I tried left the server, rejoin again and same problem.
luckily I didn't have problem in qualy and the start.

RACE REPORT:

Wow, 2 funny races. Grats to Ati for his incredible laptime with TVR. The 1st race , all the race behind Ati, trying to keep his pace. Not many chances to overtake but was very funny try chase him all the race.

2nd race. The qualy was more even and one last attempt laptime and I got pole. But the start it wasn't good and Ati up to 1st place. Same situation that first race so I had to wait for my chance. 6 laps to go, Ati stepped on the grass and spun. Bad luck, mate.  Sad

Grats Ati, Bob, Erling and phspok for the pod.  Grin

Great event for me. Great track, great cars, great gentleman drivers.

And in the champions standings we have a tie in teh 1st place with my teammate Erling. Good job, mate!  Wink

Thanks José - highly appreciated.  Smiley

At work I have a small Linux machine within the regular Windows computer only for private use,
but - as far as I know - Autosim-Analyser doesn't work with Linux, so I'm only able to contribute
the result chart when I'm back at home.

Two unexpected good races for me - the more as I had nearly no time for private praccy. 7th place twice  Cool.

Race 1: Elan - chose a not tested setup found on the net which worked really well - very pleased.
Race 2: TVR - chose ATI's setup (thks for posting) and had a smooth and faultless race.

CU next time.

Two rubbish races for me. My offline setups proved highly difficult to control online. One to forget.  Sad

Tried and tried and tried both offline and in praccy/qual to match my former (years ago) best lap of 1:33.1 in the TVR, but just couldn't do it.  The 1:34.5 in qual was the closest I got.

Race 1:
Ati and Jose clearly untouchable, but I could possibly make a bid for 3rd.  Was punted off on L1 however, and had to make my way back through the field, in ticked-off, take-no-prisoner mood. Most places were gained by people falling off in front of me though. Not enough laps and/or speed to catch Bob in 3rd, so had to settle for 4th.

Race 2:
A new pb in qual secured 3rd.  Managed to hang on to it at the start.  Had Matt close behind, as Ati and Jose were fast disappearing up front.  Worked very hard to build a small gap to Matt. Mid-race I came upon Ati's car somersaulting back onto the track, after a major off. Had to brake to avoid him, and my hard earned gap to Matt all but evaporated.  We bot passed Ati, but he soon got past Matt and was sticking to my bumper. Should have let him past, but was determined not to lose any more time to Matt, so kept going as hard as I could. He made his own way past after a lap or so, putting me back in 3rd.  Much puzzled when he slowed before the finish line, handing me 2nd (and Matt 3rd).  Apparently a sporting gesture for punting Matt off earlier - which I then happened to benefit from too.

Grats to podium in race 1, and fellow pods in race 2 - including Ati, who was the true 2nd place.

Jose:  Shared lead in the championship yes, but I think I can predict that will only last to the next round, unless you plan on being away..  Wink

Tony: I'll make a donation shortly - forgot about it in the general confusion etc. around my Scottish trip.

Cheers,
Erling
