I noticed that I had done some practice on the wrong Bridgehampton (Bridgehampton 67) :stupid:so I may drop out of this race if too slow.

Apologies Kurt, it was all my fault carried too much speed into the corner.  After you retired I quit in disgust at having spoilt your night's racing.  nono thumbdown

Having set my car up for Bridgehampton 67 and got down to 1:46’s I found the set did not work at all for this version of the track. The Javelin was hopeless to drive. Maybe I should have tried the default set up but didn’t think of that. I kept trying to modify the one I saved. I struggled round for a few laps, noticed my XD other car position times had got corrupted and all showed 0.00. Then got distracted by an unexpected Track Cut message and went off the track. Guess I shouldn’t have bothered having practiced on the wrong track. Note to self: - Pay attention to Race Post details.

Hope others enjoyed their race. Congrats to winner and podiums.

Once again my inability to sort out fuel and understand the display screw my race. Running steady in 2nd spot keeping Erling at a safe distance   Wink after Ati dropped into the pits.

Jose was way ahead and clear, so all I had to do was cruise it home for some champagne....bah humbug!!!!  Good race though and I really enjoy throwing these tanks around....thanks Tony.

Sorry Bill - didn't intend to ruin your race. All mixed up yesterday.

Was missing 5 seconds to Ati's pole, using his online setup  Huh Nothing more to say.

Report race.

Incredible Ati's laptime. Luckily my start was better and I got a little gap because Ati and MaiPor had a good battle and I had a way free  Wink
About lap 4 or 5 MaiPor was off road and Ati close the gap with me. I tried push hard to avoid he caught my slipstream. Surprisly my gap up to 8 seconds and after that only tried to keep calm and don't make mistakes.
Finally a surprisingly comfortable victory.  Grin

Thanks all for race!

Grats Erling and Bob for the pod. Oldgeezer, you had 2 podiums I think. Bravo!  Wink

Grats all finishers!

Cheers

Lack of practise  nono here mean't I was way of pace. And two/three excursions thru the sand dunes left me floundering at the back. But made up some spaces due to others giving up. Shame the race wasn't longer as I was just beginning to get some decent lap times in when the race finished.
Looks like there where some good race long battles going on.

Always a challenge to stay on track here, and for once I think I had few "unforced errors"
lost several places at the start as the car in front didn't go on the "GO", and then was bumped and banged from both sides as I tried
to get around it. Then had some fun with Flash as he tried an ambitious pass up the inside at T1  Shocked was not expecting that one
then I got in his way at T3 and we both had to wait. then managed to catch and pass Postal, at least twice  Grin
went off to avoid contact and dropped even further back, still, a good race. See what happens in the P&G one Thursday
maybe I will be more practiced now
