(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules. (3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read Autopit="0" Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable. Special Notes: None.

I am sure we have raced this in GPL......at least I hope we have, or there will be some concentrated lap learning come Monday evening!! If it is the track I remember, it winds through a village and then sweeps through some Bavarian or Saxon (?) countryside. Lots of elevation changes

My bestist so far is a 3:03 but it's enduro so fast isn't as important as staying alert (and on the track). This circuit has several spots that can catch you out.

Hey Tony
I downloaded GTL but it does not want to open on my PC, I don't understand why. Is there still technical support for this with simbin or sector 3?

Sector 3 is Simbin as they took them over. They may offer GTL support but we can probably help you. But we need more info first. Where has the GTL come from? Steam? Disk? Other? and what is your OS? Windows 7? 8? 10? Do you get any error messages? Does it loop at the graphics config screeen?

Hey Tony
I run windows 10 and just realized that this is where my problem is. I got it via steam for like $7. Also I just realized that I think its an add on to race07 but I did not install that with all its expansion packs. Leg me try that first and see what happens then

I don't think GTL is an add-on.
It was realised way before Race 07. I suspect you need to configure GTL so that you run it as an administrator for both the GTL.exe and GTLconfig.exe files. Right click the files to do this. There is a further issue (I believe) if you run Nvidia graphics card but you need to confirm you have one before I go into that.

I am running GTL under Win10 now, was a bit messy, but I think the issue was it needed to be run as Admin same as Win7 (I think)
EDIT: Just updated another machine to WIn10, and I had to run GTL in XP compatibility mode
