Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Power and Glory v3.1 from:  http://www.gtlw.co.uk
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Not sure about this one.  Might be a step too close to Christmas for me.  Sad

Next week?HuhShocked

LOL   On Monday, our son comes back for Christmas from Oz.  My well organised, and retired, life goes straight out the window at that pont!   Grin

To be honest I haven't even asked what might be happening next Thursday but I do know, because I have been told all about it and wasn't listening, that there is a detailed plan covering all logistic issues, clean through to January 8th!  I have even been told when the darn Christmas tree has to come down!  And I haven't bought it yet!   Roll Eyes

Good car set again but never heard of the track  Huh Do wish we'd stop using these obscure places personally, I just haven't got the time or inclination to learn a one off place.
Think I'm actually in on this date so hopefully can race  Smiley but it's the night after my works Xmas doo so may be lagging a bit  Tongue

The track was a suggestion from Stig, which I have done more testing cars at than any other track this year
so I would like to use it. I am not sure whether the RSR3 will be too fast, but the 2.8 seemed outclassed at
Oulton Park so I have thrown in the 3.0. I hear you MJ, though I think it's good to throw in some new tracks
occasionally. I haven't run at anywhere completely new for months if at all this year, so I can't feel bad about it  Wink

This is the season finale so some last ditch points may be useful  Roll Eyes

It was very good and worthy of future use.

Don't know this new one.  And may never know.   Sad

If we didn't try the occasional new track we would inevitably receive requests not to keep using the same old circuits again and again.

Some fine tracks have been discovered and when popular do get used again. I think of Lakeside as a fine example.

I am not sure whether the RSR3 will be too fast, but the 2.8 seemed outclassed at
Oulton Park so I have thrown in the 3.0.

John's 2.8 RSR beat my 2.0 Escort at Oulton quite comfortably! Although John would probably have beaten me in a shopping trolley! Actually, if this track is quite twisty (haven't tried it yet) then the Escort & 2.8 RSR will be closer to the BMW. If not, I would suggest dropping the Escort & putting the CSL 3.5 12v in as well as the 3.3.

I think I was about a second quicker in the Escort in testing at Oulton. The BMWs were leaving me for dead on the straight, but everywhere else it was a lot closer.

Hmm, My times in the Beemer and RSR3 are a tenth apart, which probably means the RSR will be 2 secs faster
Ok, I will use the same car mix as Oulton, as I suspect in the right hands the 3.0 would be too fast.

This has some slow tight corners as street tracks tend to, but also a couple of 130mph+ straights.
It's a hoot in a fast car  Grin

I can manage 1.47.350 on medium fuel in the Escort, but if you're an ace of brake, you'll be able to go way faster than that  Grin
