Enjoyed the racing last night. For a mod that is still in development I thought it ran very well although I appreciate it wasn't to everyone's taste.

That's it for this year then. Maybe by the time we return in January we'll have a full release of AC and that we'll soon be able to start racing official championships here.

Thanks to everyone who has taken part in these races these past few months and have made them so much fun to be a part of  Cool  Thanks also to Pete and Tony for all the work behind the scenes and without whom we wouldn't be racing  thumbup2

Happy holidays  Smiley

To be honest, I wasn't really looking forward to this race, dodgy fps every now then and I don't think the car liked me much either!, lol
But turned out to be great fun, was nowhere near fast enough, especially with the amount of fuel I had on, the gauge threw a wobbly, told me the car wanted 4.67 litres a lap! Even with my race set up loaded, it said enough fuel for 4.something laps, I dare not risk running out so topped it up on the start line.
It corrected itself after a few laps, but needless to say, at the end of the race I had enough fuel left for another 20 laps!
Big thanks to Chris (Sutol) for pushing me on, getting closer every lap, then a missed braking point and it was the other way round Roll Eyes
Looking forward to some close battles next year Chris  Wink

Thanks to all involved, been an pleasure to race with you all.

Happy Christmas and all the best for the New Year.  Grin

Yes Paul you were comfortably ahead and then I saw a great cloud of dust down at the hairpin and thought that i was so far behind i wouldn't be able to capitalise on it. I was most surprised when i went past. Then last corner of penultimate lap I had a bit of a woopsie and nearly hit the pit wall and only just managed to stay in front of you to the end of the race. As you may have noticed, my race results are largely due to attrition rather than driving skill.

I'm really at a loss as to how in practice sessions I was getting 09's and then in the race i was struggling to get in the 13's although I was persuaded that hards were the tyres to use in the race  Undecided

No doubt see you on the grid on Sunday Paul Smiley
