65s Funrace - Sempione with 60fpsV2newmod

A little extra practice for the upcoming Sunday events...

Parco Sempione ("Simplon Park") is a large city park in Milan. The park was established in 1888 but the circuit dates from 1937 when the likes of Nuvolari, Rudolf Caracciola and Bernd Rosemeyer drove outrageous cars like the Mercedes-Benz W125 and Auto Union Type C.  A very tight track characteristic of the early days of motor sport, public roads and virtually no concept of safety precautions.

Race List = IGOR

Have FUN

Seems like this track has optimistic fuel consumption prediction. If I put 7 laps of fuel in, I can only do 5 before fuel pressure drops below critical values and my engine starts spluttering. So I'm going to put 8 or 9 laps more fuel in than GPL predicts necessary tomorrow. I was driving the Fez 1512.

[EDIT] Forgot I had something to do Roll Eyes . Can't make this one, but keep in mind the fuel consumption. I set a 1:14.66 in quali, and yes, I braked for the first corner Grin . Looking forward to seeing the times tomorrow!

Just had a practice race online and ran into a few sound issues with it cutting out every now and then?

Never heard of such a problem with 60fps Roll Eyes

Try more or less sounds in options...

Sorry Bernie, have you used it with GEM+ like in the pic?
To go back to 36, just uncheck the 60fpsV2newmod and let GEM+ make the change when exit  Wink

Just download these files 60fpsv2newmod.xml and 60FPSv1.xml and put them into the folder ..\GPLSecrets\GEM+\Options  Wink

So you should see them in GEM+ then make a click into the checkbox of "60fpsv2newmod"

Hello Cookie
I've seen that uses the FOV to 94.
I've never changed and is 78.
What is the standard?
And you friends do you use?

The FOV 78 was standard for a 4:3 Monitor in 1998,
but if you use a 16:9 Monitor a FOV of 94 gives you the same position in the car + more sideview.
