I need to reinstall P&G, but I would like to keep the settings and setups from my present installation.

Will it be enough, if I save this folder    C:\GTR2\UserData\Hotkeys  ?

Once I have made the new installation, can I just put this folder back in and have it overwrite the new one?

Thanks in advance

Not something I've ever done myself. When I have done reinstalls in the past, I rename the old install DIR to "PG31Old" or something
then clean install to a new DIR. Then I copy setups etc between them as required. Eventually when I trust the new install, and haven't
had to access it for months, I delete the old DIR.

If you stick with your own procedure Hotkeys, your new install will keep your profile with all your preferences/settings

Well, the operation was successful but only after a lot of rather useless work.

The problem was not my installation, but my server identety !

Apparently  'Hotkeys' has become a suspicious name on the server  detective.

Once I created a new profile and a new registration on the server, I was accepted again.
So in 2015 I will haunt the server using my real life name Stig.

Some random re-registration always occured with PnG. Pretty rare these times though.. but smetimes you need to do again as if it was your first try to go online.
