Pole? ah yes, I remember that. What a memory!!  Federico was on the server tonight so perhaps John may have someone to play with on Thursday. PS Toy cars in Birkdale tomorrow!  EDIT: No it isn't. Hall floor being mended. |

I am not allowed to drive for another week, and though Fiona likes a drive out, toy cars have limited appeal women just have no sense of priority |

We may have to switch to meetings at Chadderton for the rest of the winter as the sports hall in Birkdale could be out of action for some time. I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms!  |

Actually managed to get online practise with another human present today  much more engaging when someone else is there as it gives you a target/benchmark and someone to chat with. Got to within a sec of a very quick Mr Loynes in the end so pretty happy with my early pace.  just need to avoid the Armco on the night now  |
