Does a Falcon fit through the chicane?

If you look carefully, you will notice that the track designer has thought of this and provided you with an impressively long run up, which when used correctly will allow the Falcon to get through the chicane.
If the Falcon can reach sufficient velocity ( S ) which when multiplied by it's all up racing weight ( tUp ) , then squared by the product of driver skill ( iD ) divided by the correct radial line through the corner avoiding bumping the kerbs ( Bu ) and divided by the coefficient of grip offered by the tyres on both axles( gg ) allows the car to negotiate the chicane and exit on a smooth radiused line (Er ).
This formula can be expressed thus
S*tUp (iD)/ Bu/gg~er

Very funny EC Great track and some fun cars, alas as often when my beloved 911 is an option, I think I'm flipping away for this one :'( Masters Historics are doing a 4hr endurance into the sunset at Doni this year, that will be a spectacle maybe we could have a replica 1-2hr special event worth double points with time multiplied to get the varying light (if that's possible in gtr2)

As with previous races with these cars the Alfa SA & the 911ST will probably be the cars to beat. Neither of which I like, so it will most likely be the Escort for me. Cya all there.

I was in a different car to you last week & look what happened! Oh, & I didn't get around to trying the Falcon, so it is probably 2s a lap quicker than the rest!

Dunno if it's the fastest or not but I certainly can't resist it - especially here where it feels even livelier than usual in the fast sweepers. I know I will spin it at some point though, but it's worth it..!

In my case that would be every lap! It is probably my driving style, but I have never figured out how to stop the rear overtaking the front into corners. I'm OK with the IROC (great car) & the 3.0RSR but not keen on the 2.8RSR either.

I was on the server last night trying to bludgeon at least one of the cars into compliance. Federico was threatening to get into the 1:18's, Frex was whipping that ST around at a good pace too. In fact everyone was quicker than me!!! Might have to try the Escort or even the mighty Falcon and hope to find 2-3 secs a lap.......................but I suspect that the time is well concealed and I won't be able to locate it.

Well in my Captain Slow testing, the Alfas were slowest, except the SA that was in the hunt. The Falcon could be fastest in the right hands, For me the Escort was fastest followed by the 911.

LOL
I think the Escort is a dog and the Falcon needs the straight at Kyalami to make it a viable proposition.
