The field approaches the Adelaide hairpin. Greg130 is at the inside of the track and locks up his brakes and runs into the back of Jon Chadwick.

Spudgun is at the outside of the track and is unaware of what is happening next to him. He sees Jon chadwick going by sideways and steers towards the apex of the corner. Greg130 still has his brakes locked up and hits Spudgun. Greg130 can't be held responsible for this contact, there for this part of the incident is a racing incident.

Maurice Claessen is following Nakano_56 on the straight before Complex du Lycee. He keeps a reasonable distance until they get to the corner. Nakano_56 turns in a bit late and gets hit by Maurice Claessen making him spin off the track. He loses some places because he had to wait for a safe moment to join.

Normally this would be a 2 place penalty but Maurice Claessen took responsibilty for this incident so he drove around the track and did a self-imposed drive through penalty. Therefore the penalty will be reduced to a 0 place penalty.

Rich,
Having another car in your pit stall is not a bug, and I dont think the car pack has anything to do with it. As a rule there are 2 garages for every 1 pit stop space, and it seems that it doenst matter what team or car you are in, they game just slots everyone as they join. If you come into pits and the guy you happen to share that pit space with is pitting then you will have to wait. Its just like it would be in real life only not based on the team because the game throws that out in online races when the team mix gets wierd. Maybe if you did an offline race with exact default cars it may do it by team but I know it doesnt for online races.

Now that being said some of the stuff like AI taking controll or being stuffed into a 1 car garage with another car, those are bugs, and usually will be fixed by leaving and re-joining. Having someone in your pit stall is usually just bad timing, I would bet if you looked at the replay whoever ended up in your pitspot was in the garage to either side of you when the session started.
