I have been organising the GTR2 races on Sundays at SROuk for a while now. However, I think we should try AC on a Sunday some time as I believe it could be popular.

I reckon we could do AC one Sunday and GTR2 the next Sunday for now, and see how it goes.

I am willing to organise races and post race event details in the forum, that is unless a more experienced AC player wants the job. I enjoy organising the races, so I really do not mind either way.

Would many people be up for AC on a Sunday?

Yes me.

I won't be around for a couple of weeks (holiday) but after that I'll be free in general on Sunday nights.

I'm up for AC on Sunday alternating with GTR2 some weeks.

I would though feel a bit sad if GTR2 racing was lost all together.  :'(

Yes Sundays could work for me again, especially if alternate weeks for domestic bliss  Grin

I'd expect that if AC ends up taking over the Sunday slot completely, then GTR2 would move to Tuesday. At least that's what I'd do in that situation.

(My first ever online race was in GTR2, so I'm a bit nostalgic for it as well.)

I will organise the first AC Sunday race on June 7th. What would be a good car/track combo for the event?

I think we should do a championship shortly after if all goes well. I will set up another thread for that discussion another time.

How about a nice meaty GT2 race to ween the last gtr2 diehards off it  Smiley. We have barely used the gt2 class in AC. Though theres more car choice in GT3 admittedly. Undecided. Or maybe a Ferrari cup type race.

And to remind you, we cant do 'official' championships as we cant import the AC results into LM2. Therefore everything is all outside, As long as you know how to use Google dcs for the standings spreadsheet you should be ok!

It's got to be proper racing cars and not road cars for a Sunday night championship.

Nurburgring GP track is perfectly adequate for the first race.
