Matt, just wondering if qualy could be reduced to 10 mins as it's such a short circuit? Maybe start the race earlier? Just a thought.

Could do, I am just using times that people will be familiar with. If I change to earlier starts some might not pick up on it.?

Great stuff Geoff. This car set is different than the others we have tried so far, it's more P&G and niot so demanding as the others hot lapping will not be inspirational, but I think it will make for some close racing. the Group 5 car set is challenging, and I rather liked the DTM92 set we used. I am trying to get a short series together for this sim, at the moment we are just testing the various cars from the more traditional years. The next one after this will be a spec race with possibly the BMW M1 if it's any use.

All sounds good to me Just a note that following the last update the Touring Classics cars are now on a par pace wise with the DTM '92 cars. The Datsun is rumoured to be a bit too quick but seems about the same as the other TC cars around the twisty Brands Indy.

I like the VOlvo in this set, it's great fun, I found the Nissan a bit sloppy, perhaps they've tightened it up some.

I'll be in the smaller Beemer. Cost me £0.84 in a discount sale weekend before last.

Well done Geoffers Just a note that by having downloaded RR you will already have all the content on your pc. When you purchase cars/tracks it unlocks them instantly so no more downloading except when there is an update/patch released. BTW this might help get the best out of their complex purchase model... http://www.racedepartment.com/threads/r3e-pricing-discounts-and-tips.107497/I've found it best to pre purchase the VRP in bulk to get the best value and then buy content as you need it. Keep a look out for their sales/special offers and also any Steam sales which come round and are independent of RR.

Thanks GT, already bought the car pack & the circuit & found that it simply unlocks what you already have.
Test drove the M3 last night, just going to give it a try at Brands.

Crazy boy I think GT has apoint, they don't feel as sloopy as I remembered, and the 635 is surprisingly quick I get all cars within 2 tenths, The Nissan is a bit more of a handful, but is maybe slightly quicker if you can be consistent with it, which err I can't...

I've strangled a 48.1 out of the big BMW. My stats say my best lap is a 47.55, don't know when that was
