Race: 20:45 (20 Laps, approx 30 mins)  Huh

Shouldn't that be around 12/13 laps for 30 mins unless AC has speeded up since I last drove it  Wink

Ah yes. 13 laps. 1st post updated.

really enjoyed that race. lots of exciting and close racing without any contact. I am really starting to enjoy racing these GT2's. you have to be so delicate to stop the tyres getting completely destroyed

hello,

this damage system in AC is realy a killer,
only a yellow aero damage i had, but i was more then 1sec. slower in laptimes now, and had only 253kmh top speed, without i had 258kmh,
way to sensible this AC damage system is, old games like GTR2, GTL did make this damage system more good,

the ferrari was great car for this spa track, grafic was great and sound too and after any practise i got used to this car again after much R3E racing in past weeks(months),

i am happy that i got no flat spot? (or what name is for red damaged tyre in damge picture) and FFB did not start to rattle rattle like mad, it only did start to make little rattle after middle of race, it is so difficulty to brake without ABS in this cars,

I hope I wasn't the cause of Richards end of the race. Undecided Didn't feel any contact, though I might have gone a bit wide on corner entrance. That was the cause of sliding a bit due to unstability of the car under braking. I can't set the thing as I was able to in GTR2. So: not on purpose.

Later on I had a screen freeze for about 5 seconds. Only screen freeze, mind you cause the car was moving on. Felt when it went onto the sand and then into the wall.  Angry Seems like I'll have to manually shut down processes - wasn't there some kind of program to do this, I think I had it on XP.

Anyways, GT2s are fun. Cool

Didn't expect much from this race and qualifying dead last was no real surprise to me. However I was pleased I could keep up with H@L, Spanner and QS over the first lap and with others misfortune and these guys small mistakes I managed to make up places. Things got harder when we all closed in on srw but once I managed to make a pass stick I managed to pull away and finish in 4th. Pretty pleased with this position after the qualifying! Never was going to be close the the quick guys up front so did as well as could have hoped for.

At the half way stage it's nice to see Team Shark heading the team championship and Shark himself topping the individual standings Grin Although Berger's on a charge and I think will threaten this come end of season.
