Hey Gents

Ant

I managed a 1.45 323 today, but the aces will go a lot faster.

Have a look or try to follow one of them:

Ran it for half hour earlier. All seemed okay but I wasn't blown away by it like I was running AC the first time, tbh.

Steering still feels a bit woolly though better than it did in the test drives. Not easy to tell with an old brute like the M1, so could also be setup. Graphically it just looks like a polished GTL to me though it did look good when other cars nearby on track. Love the rear view through the wing. Sounds are very good.

I was slowest out of 11 AI cars  Embarrassed more laps needed!  Any setup tips for the M1? It's a bit understeery on default.

If you haven't already done it, try adjusting the 'Speed Sensitive Steering' . You'll find it in Control settings\ advanced settings.

This is the last event of our inaugural 1st series for R3E
Season 2 starts next week with a battle at Mt Panorama (Bathurst) please make sure you have purchased that track  Roll Eyes
Reinhard is looking good for this championship, perhaps others may challenge him in season 2  Grin

1:47 is about as low as I can get at the moment.

Got some laps in this eve, getting to grips with the car/sim a bit more. Got into the low 1:46's so finding a bit of pace  Smiley
Car can be a handful, as it should be, but manageable.

Know I'm new round here  Wink but how about improving the grid look by pre selecting your colour schemes to avoid a grid full of same colour cars?
I will be in the BASF car as that was the flame spitting noisy demon I loved watching so much at the Nurburg Oldtimer last year  Cool

hi mark j,
i am not sure, what skin i will have,
as i did not buy the m1 carpack, i did buy only 1 car any time ago (perhaps if there was a discount??, did forgot) or i have buy other carpack, where this car is in too, realy did forgot, but i did not have buy complete carpack, as i am ok to have not all skins.

i did any laps in this leaderboard challenge, and the cars are faster in leaderboard as it is in offline practise, probably more grip, same as in GTR2, where P2 have more grip as P1 for example, and the hotlapping/time trial?? (do forgot name) have most grip in GTR2, similar it looks like in R3E game.

i like this car and i like hockenheim too.
