PHA! Had to fix the wheel, now its FULL" Were there reserves going in before 8:25 or were you just unlucky? Nah, couldn't join until Q2 was in progress - I joined practice, but had no FF. Fixed it, but it was about 8.45 when I tried to rejoin. It was rightfuly full, but another no-race for me. Must have used all my luck someplace else today

Dont know Dave to be honest. It could just be a bad sync thing when i joined later as a reserve it may have coincided with someone else joining and got its simbin wires crossed Have seen it twice before where its dumped another car ontop of me in the grid or garages, so dont think its the carpack. The AI taking over was a first mind you !

You must have switched it on Jonzo maybe, it's in controller settings.. but i'm surprised it works in multiplayer tbh. Think there's setting in server .plr that allows or disallows it. I've seen cars sharing garage in normal GTR. It's the poor netcode that causes it, server gets confused when lots of joining and leaving going on. Can't believe I spun out. Made my usual slow start which I think caused a few problems behind. Then I put too much power on and did a big old fish tail into an HSBC sign, no bonnet, no splitter and a punture - end of race.

Well that was by far my worst effort for a long time. Grats to the podium guys, well fast. I started the race in two minds as to wheather I really wanted to drive, after about 20 mins I'd had enough. Ive asked Dave to allocate my full time slot to a more enthusiastic driver, sorry guys but I'm just not motivated towards GTR endurance at the moment. As a result I'm driving like a knob, well off my normal pace and making lots of silly mistakes, best if I retire now and let someone else take my place. On the bright side the cars all looked good to me, no sound, pit or fps issues. Have a good season fellas. Bring on GTR 2

That was a really tough race. Well done to all the finishers and to Mo and Claus who were in a complete class of their own for pace. 2nd place for me and a good start to my campaign after not being able to attend Barcelona. I was taking it easy all race (that and starting on a full fuel load to reduce the pit stop time, in fact I put so much in they didn't need to put any in at the stop, just gave me tyres! ), really not pushing it too hard as 80 mins is more about finishing with no mistakes than driving on the limit and I knew I had no chance to catch Mo no matter how hard I raced so I settled for second before the race even began. Popabawa stayed with me for the first 20-25 minutes or so, but he seemed to lose more time in the traffic than me and eventually he disapeared. After the pit stop it was miles to Mo infront and even further to Popabawa behind, but it doesn't really make it any easier, such hard work keeping the concentration and the marbles, oooh, the marbles . After an hour I really started to flag, so hot, and my hands and neck were stiff, started making little errors. The last 20 minutes seemed to take forever, watching the counter tick down, started to pull over in advance of GT cars lapping as I was just feeling really wary of getting tangled because of being tired at the end. I've always thought the marbles at Magny-Cours were over the top and with 80 minutes racing it was like ice off the racing line, making any wandering off the line tricky especially to let cars by and so forth. Was really hard trying to watch where you were going and check in the mirrors all the time and not get caught on the marbles. I think the Simbin algorithms for the live-track stuff are not quite right, they lay too many marbles too quickly. Server seemed to hold up well for me, no lag or anything tonight.

Phew. Hard work that! Qualified in NGT 3rd with 0.5s off my PB Really chuffed with my NGT 3rd place I even managed to stay on Sharky's tailfin for about 10 laps until the traffic hit us and his experience meant he was losing far less time that me. After the pitspot I had a decent lead on 4th so decided to play it cool and not push it too hard! Grats to Mo, simply amazing again. GT boys were superb whilst overtaking, best ever

GT boys were superb whilst overtaking, best ever Since negative remarks are not allowed please skip these remarks, rofl. Blood still boiling and reading that doesn't really help tbh... If u check last moderator report for Endurance at Barca and look at the replay for this one... I think u will disagree with it as well m8! We never had such a low standard in last season imo. Well... Muorali... Maybe someone can check to see if his IP is back... T

grats to Claus and Mo,great pace Claus, paid the price for a bad qualifying session ,rammed off at the hairpin on the opening lap car never felt quite right from then on.Good battle with Nakano and D Boyd for the last podium place at different times of the race but kept loosing the back end every time i pushed so ended up 5th.did find it laggy though, don't know if its just me?some cars warping and all seems a bit jittery on the graphics . I think i was first reserve in and i joined at 8.25 off teletext only 16 in then Dave hopefully see you all next time

Really enjoyable race , pb time in quali . Got the trye pressures a bit wrong and struggled a bit in the race but enjoyed driving the ngt . Chuffed with 5th in class , all i need now is some Optrex!! AVG Started to update halfway through and my game froze just before the chicane so appoligies to anyone who was messed up by that.

No technical issues for me. Just rank bad driving cost me.
Love/hate relationship with Magny continued. After OK quali began race chasing pops, only to get sloppy and make a stupid mistake. Then had a great dice with Don, Dan and Whitham. Good clean fun, with the odd bump of course (racing incidents for me), with all until I made another stupid mistake and slipped down to 19th. Decided to pit and just hope for the best, and through what seeems others misfortune I managed to make up 6 places but only overtook 1. Unsatisfactory way to gain places but I know how quickly that luck can change, I'll take it while I can.
Looks like your having the rough end of it Tyf, as those who lapped me were pretty fair. Apologies to Greg and Maurice if I slipped up as they passed me.
You have nothing to apologise for Greg. Shame to see you go but I look forward to newer battles in GTR 2.

I learnt my lesson with Virus Checkers when first racing GTR, so I now always turn it off before racing so it doesn't bugger me up with an update half way through.
