This has been mentioned before but gets lost in race threads. If we had stickies this should be one of them!

All AC cars listed by time rankings, very useful for choosing cars on similar pace to race against each other when trying to plan races here  Smiley

http://www.assettocorsa.net/forum/index.php?threads/car-time-ranking.22389/

Courtesy of the RSR rank, I have sorted all the AC cars by relative performance, so you can see what car matches up with what. The number for each car below is the average lap time, in seconds, averaged across
Spa, Mugello, Imola, Silverstone, Nurburgring GP, Vallelunga, Monza, Magione, Nordschleife and Zandvoort, scaled to a 100 second lap. This allows you to see the percentage difference between cars, and allows you to extrapolate the lap time difference over different length tracks. E.g. on a 200 second lap, the gaps would be twice as large.

The lap time taken is the average of all lap times at a track from the world record to 5% slower e.g. if the world record was 100 seconds, lap times from 1:40 to 1:45 (105 seconds).

EDIT: I've published a new list, with only times set since AC 1.1. There are several car/track combos with no times, so I've averaged each car's relative rank at a track, such that 1.000 is the fastest time.
