AAARGH! Got onto the grid, tried to put it into 1st gear and... nothing happened. Unable to change gears so I had to retire.... Stupid game.

I went into controller to check still working before heading into race as it keeps losing my controls nowadays. Was it just your gears or whole lot gone?

Similar tales of disaster for me. :'( Qualied about a second slower than my PB, was struggling to focus after arriving home from France about 6 minutes before i joined the session ! Took me an age to finally get a sub -1:40 time. Race was totally worse, got punted off by a GT car on lap 1 and dropped to the back of the grid. Then several laps later, had slow spin on final set of turns and got beached on the kerbing, lost about a minute going forward and backwards trying to clear the kerbs whilst all the GT cars came lapping past..already Then had some reasonable pace for quite a while and overtaking some cars, apart from the odd barrier brushing moment , but then left my pit stop until about 43-44 minutes, dive in and theres Tyfs car sitting in my pit slot ...dont know whether he was having damage repaired as i saw him stack it a lap or so earlier or whether his car was just 'parked'there. I sat there for a dogs age, getting lapped yet again and lost about a minute, his car wasnt moving so i pulled out the pits and went around again. Saw his car was gone so then hit pit request again and all was dandy this time. Got a second wind on the new tyres, despite some body damage that was overcooking my front right tyre and clawed a couple of places back near the end, but had lost so much time so it was otherwise a race i'd rather forget. Top driving by the front GT cars and have to give kudos to Mr Shark who was flying in his 360.

Didn't make one mistake, quite uneventful race. Great pace up front.. roll on Brno. Btw I apologize now for having my lights on, will make sure they're off next time!! And I bumped two nGT cars, i'm sorry.. not used to having to slow down that much. The other bump was cause I didn't slow down enough for an incident, could have been a right mess that one.. happened in an instant, difficult to judge and react at such short distance.

Gutted for you pops. I have the same problem with GTL but only when I join, a rejoin normally cures it, and never between sessions. Fecking annoying. Grats to Shark, different class, and Don, on nice podium. Big hats off to GT boys, amazing pace and very patient. Still very scary when Mr.Boyd catches you so quickly (five times ). Enjoyed all to brief battle with Tyf. Once that was over had a real quite race, a minute behind Shark and a minute ahead of Don. Nothing to do but avoid the barriers. Sure we will get some better racing at Brno.

in case anyone is not aware, if you loose your controller like that in the room, you can reset it without leaving. Just go to the force feedback tab in controller settings and change the force(med to low for example) and then change it back, should be all set after that. It also works in GTL. GTL has an incar reset of just the force feedback (ALT+F) but that doesnt restore the controller if its totally gone just FF. Anyway had a decent race, best so far in this league I guess, fortunatly 2nd was pretty easy, though 1 big mistake put me back to 5th for a while. There was never any hope of keeping up with CJ so as long as I had a good gap on 3rd, I really took it easy. N'56 pit really late which had me wondering for a while but he finally went in and just sailed home. Had some really lucky and exciting "Incideint Avoidance" moments , My in car view should prove to be pretty exciting viewing on those

Oh, Wow Did I really make it onto the Podium? If so, I think that was more due to other peoples failures than any special driving from me I will enjoy it though as it doesn't happen very often to me and boy it feels sweet after running out of fuel in the first race and our pit-stop fiasco at Magny last week. Thanks to the GT boys great job in overtaking as usual. D
