Moderator's Report

Server replay time: 295s

This race started with a massacre at the end of the formation lap. D Boyd dropped back for no apparent reason which triggered a chain reaction. First Nakano_56 rams him, then Samuel Krueger drives into the back of Nakano_56 and Zacari just touches Samuel hard enough to spin him around. The rest is lucky to avoid the incident.

Given the circumstances and the fact that Nakano_56 did a drivethrough while he even wasn't the real culprit, no penalties will be issued.

Server replay time: 1704s

Nakano_56 has is behind enz13_gt when they approach Stavelot. He is gaining fast and tries to make a pass at the corner entry. Unfortunately enz13_gt is unable to see him, closes the door and gets tapped aside by Nakano_56.

Nakano_56 explained he thought the corner was his. Taking a look at the incident from the onboard view confirms that it was difficult to tell where enz13_gt was. Therefore I will reduce the normal penalty to a warning.

enz13_gt didn't report the incident, so the warning will not count.

  • Nakano_56 (nakano_56)warning — contact with enz13_gt
For advice only - unreported by victim, so penalty disregarded

Hi Dave Guys I think my car may be duplicated in the car pack as there was a spare car . I was taken by suprise when I got to start line what happened there it looked like a sand storm.I should have gone non stop or stop with softer tyres. But as I am never sure if I am going to be up to driving I have not been practicing and go with what I can cobble together for a set up. Now ther only seem to be 17 regulars I may have to get better set ups. bye for now . gerald

Witham, must admit I enjoyed the 15mins or so scrap we had before you retired, even better when CP joined us for a few laps. Nearly took you off at one stage trying to watch what CP was doing and consequently braked later than I should have done, watching the replay looks like I missed you by about a fag packets width!

Good driving after your mistake in eau rouge gave me the run on you up the following straight. Had me wondering if you were going to pull across but decided to brave it out and try and make the pass stick. Don't think I would have passed you except for this mistake as I could never quite get close enough to attempt a pass.

Not sure if you let me back through after the bus stop incident or if you glanced the wall and this slowed you down, but thanks anyway.

After this I pretty much circulated on my own, lapping the odd NGT, I don't really remember the faster GTs passing me, so they must have done it when I pitted.

One thing I did notice last night was a couple of skinned cars looked iffy in my virtual mirror, one was flicking to a solid white windscreen which was a bit distracting.  The skinned cars overall looked superb though thumbup2 it definately helps having your teams cars easily recognisable!

Oops , forgot my race report.. angel

Great track , difficult setup and too little laps done before the race. Some troubles there in the start but nothing to do there but pray and i got through with only minor damage. 1st laps were good racing but then i had bad luck in bus stop with the spinned car which turned out to be a ghost  , anyway i tried to avoid it and hit the wall , loosing 2 positions and that was basicly the turning point of the race.

I couldnt catch the cars in front of me so i decided to try something , which could help my team mate later on and took only fuel.  I had allready some extra fuel onboard and i needed only 40 litres , so pitstop was only 16.5 seconds and i got ahead of Darin , Jon and Rich.  Didnt take long before Jon catched me and just couldnt keep him behind very long.  I knew the tires would not last the whole race , but it was a bit shock  , when i got a tirewarning 11 laps before end  Shocked...  in Spa   Roll Eyes...  anyway , continued my desperate struggle and had a good fight with Rich , while Darin was catching us , but EauRouge turned out to be the fate of Darin this time and that ment that i was now the 2nd point scorer for the team.  Tires were totally gone at that point and Rich had an easy job to just wait till i skated a bit off the racing line and there went the podium.

It was good fun while it last and i have to thank Jon and Rich for their patience while they were stuck behind my slow and wide F575  Grin , good racing there..thx for keeping it clean   Cool

Cya soon in Anderstorp , hoping to have better luck there... Wink

It was pressure all the way you car was alot faster than mine guess it was the wing settings but I could make the time up in the bus stop. That lead to my down fall, I new if I could get the run on you into the last corner out the bus stop I could make the pass back by. I misjugded it and hit you pretty hard letting cp by the both of us. I slowed to let you pass seemed only fair TBH but I lost my rythem and hit the wall hard and that was race over
