Interesting, will take a look. I tried several mod sounds in early days of AC but none of them improved sounds in my humble opinion.

Tried the Z4 gt3 sounds, pretty good I think and a definite improvement over stock, externals are superb. Also tried the Ruf yellow bird. Interior sounds are rubbish (Kunos not right either) but externals are very good.
Need to try each car and pick the very good ones I think.

Yes, I found them an improvement over stock, especially the externals which are excellent. Internals are good but would have liked a bit more aggressive transmission sounds (like you get with a stripped out race car). I suspect these internals were done with a road going m3. But still better than stock. I've kept them  Smiley

I just installed the whole package and when I don't like the sound of a car, I set it back to the default. So make sure you at least have a backup of the original sounds. All in all I only changed 1 car back to it's original sound, all others sound great at the moment  Wink

I did the same Erik, just back up your Sfx directory file for any car you intend overwriting, very quick and easy.
I think the sound pack is a great enhancement to AC, some of the cars sound very realistic and more gritty like the real deal. Actually makes some of them more of a pleasure to drive/race as the sounds are generally richer than the stock versions. Don't think I reverted back to any originals yet of those I installed.  Smiley
