Championship Standings

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro track pack for this series
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

We appear to be having trouble with new drivers registering again.....

Hi guys been looking for some R3E races with familiar faces and noticed the thread about this race over at No Grip.

Would be fun to race with you again, will keep an eye out for the password and hopefully see you on Sunday. Will also ask Gsi Bob and Joel if they fancy joining in too, so possibly 3 more racers on the grid.

Just to be clear the ADAC 2014 cars will not work and i need cars from the GTR3 class only?

Well that's me back another few places on the grid then  Wink

Great to have you back with us and please let Bob and Joel know they'll need to register on this forum (if they haven't already done so)to be awarded championship points.

And yes, just the cars from the "GTR3" class allowed for this series and not the ADAC '13 or '14 cars.

Giving this series a miss, too powerful cars for me and not really my cup of tea; also can't find time to adequately practice GTL and the Thursday night Series.

Group 5 are just about driveable for me, beyond that my reactions are not fast enough - comes to all of us eventually!  wheelchair rockon

I will do these when I can, but I already do Mon and Thurs, so Sunday as well can be challenging with real life.

For me too. I intend to race these series. The historics look more appealing, but it is hard finding time to run both AC on Wednesdays and then again R3E the next evening. So sunday evenings are better race nights for me.

Still very much dislike the transaction model of R3E and as i am still not convinced R3E is better than AC and as it still isn't a finished game i cannot persued myself in just buying all content.
So i am waiting for the new GT3 class cars to come out and purchase one of them. I do already own the Euro Track Pack, so i should be able to do most of them.

I'm really looking forward for this. Didn't find as much time to develop a setup as I wished I would, but at least I got something "pretty okay"  Wink

Got some things to do on sunday, so I hope to be home in time, but I try my best and think my plans should work. Hope to see you on track on sunday  Smiley

I tried the Canard on Hockenheim yesterday and i must admit is was quite good to drive. I was running 540/13 in game and 900 on my DFGT in the profiler. Don't know if i should switch to 900 degrees for these GT3 cars. You can't adjust this during the test drives now can you?

Might just fancy buying the underdog Camaro as the new GT3's are still not available yet. But is it still a dog to drive or has it gotten a bit more competitive?

Always seems cheaper to buy tracks as part of a pack than individually in this game. Maybe get the European track pack or one of the ADAC Masters series packs?

If you have none of the content it might be cheaper buy the ADAC 14 pack from the Raceroom store for 9.99 Euros which includes 8 tracks (4 of which will cover the remaining races of this series). You can then buy a car to race from the GTR3 class at a much reduced rate (approx. 79 vrp).
