Having started 11th on the grid helped me avoid the big crash at Sainte Devote so i passed between the cars and found myself 2nd behind a flying Ati, but the joy didn't last too much, I think i span around Tabac and rejoined in 5th or 6th place then I started to hit the barriers mainly around Massenet and the car was nondrivable so I pitted for the first time and I rushed my way out of the pits and got a Stop & Go, I did 2 laps then pitted for the penalty then again after a few laps lost my suspension due to some barrier and pitted again and the same story happened a 3rd time so I pitted for the 3rd time and each pit-stop took around 105 sec and i was like 4 laps behind Tony, I guess I broke the score of Pits with 3 + 1 stp & Go
Anyhow it was a hard Race and I stopped on lap 19 to save some energy for next weeks Monaco race !! lol
That was a race to forget !!!
