My best in the Waza 300 is 2:55.7
Can anyone suggest why my mirrors overhang the side of the screen. I can't see a thing in them. Clive's seem to be all inboard. I've tried messing with the screen res and monitor aspect ratios to no avail. (I created a screen dump to show what I mean but I couldn't figure out how to add it to my post, insert image didn't seem to do anything)

Could be I am shooting at the wrong trouble here.. but: have you set "virtual mirrors" ? and show mirror in cockpit? something like that.

Settings: Game - mirrors (press "1" key while in car to make them show) Advanced - tick in vitual mirrors Untick virtual mirrors in Advanced and you get "normal" mirrors: You can only tick/untick virtual mirrors when not at a track, back out to the initial main menu.

thanks for the tip ref turning virtual mirrors on.
My issue regarding "real" mirrors is not with turning the image in them on and off. The problem is that I can only see about 25% of them, the rest is beyond the extent of the viewing window. If I could post a picture then you could see what I mean. It's as if I'm sitting so far forward in the cockpit that the mirrors have almost gone from my field of view.

You need to adjust your seat then. You move it back and forth with A + S keys, and up/down with Z + X. Cheers, Erling

It does sound like your seating position is too far forward Simon, but maybe the keys that Matt suggested for adjustment are not those that are have been allocated in the setup menu. Not sure how I ended up with these keys, but the ones that I have for seat position are :- "F" for forward "B" for back "U" for up "D" for down it might be that you have something else? take a scroll through the various configuration lists to check. All adjustments are done whilst "seated" in car. Not had a chance to dust down the mighty Waza yet, but Mrs Fujikawa has promised that the car will be ready at least 10 mins before race start....

Keys are not set by default, I have the arrow keys set for the seat mostly, but I don't know what the default is Just assign some keys and you are sorted The are in the "extra" menu for controls

That's moving the driver sorted, now, does anyone know how to turn the HUD speedo and rev counter off but leave the lap time/split lap visible? The speedo and rev counter are obscuring my view of the mirrors

Umm, I think the HUD is cycled with one of the number keys. 1 or 2, maybe 3 ?
