spa/group 5 is a realy highlight, i did in past weeks not so much drive R3E, but if i did jump in capri, and did hear this extrem good sound i was in fun modus again, realy a simracing highlight this capri in spa is to drive. very much fun, but very difficulty too (for me).
i did 20min. (or was ths session 30min.??) practise and in beginning it was very difficulty to get clean laps, so i think i was in 2.19.xxx in end of practise (should be a little faster in race, as racesession is faster then practise)

hope for much drivers on thursday.

We have started using the traditional practice password, which you can see with the link near the top of the event home page.
Which will be changed for the race event to the one you know.

Hi all, it looks like i am free tonight. So looking to give my Chevy Dekon Monza an outing. Surely it will be no match against the popular 935's. But these cars are right at home at Spa.

Not touched RR for about a month but will hopefully join in tonight as love grp5 cars (and Spa!). Lack of steering feel is what's deterred me from using this sim much, and I've got relatively high end wheel and pedals.

I hated the steering after that last "update" but I have sort of got used to it again, or I have hit on an acceptable
compromise. For most tracks/cars I set it at 400/13 and it feels ok. For Macau I set it at 400/30
to get the lock required to get round the hairpin, but it still felt ok, so maybe the problem is all in my head... Huh

I will miss this one as I am banished to the Black Country (ok Birmingham city centre) I will be back in Manchester next week
so normal racing (life) can be resumed. I need someone to be server minder tonight if possible. I will reset the server
at around 19:45 with the race password, hotel wifi dependant, please can someone log on at 19:45 to make sure
the practice clock starts correctly, then stay logged on ?

Matt.

I'm hoping to make this. No practise but I know the track and I'm carp in all the cars.

I'll be there in the Bimmer. Down to 2.20s in it now after messing with the gearing so that I can give it a fair amount of throttle exiting most corners without the turbo kicking in & sending it around in circles!  Shocked  Only problem I still have is slowing it for the chicane & La Source, I can get it stopped but I have to make sure I'm down to first while the car is in a straight line. Changing down to first with any lock on just loses the rear end, think it is to do with the way the auto-clutch is working. It's better now I'm using a higher first gear, but still can't attack those 2 corners as I would like.

Should be fun!  w00t

Thanks Pete  Cool
You don't have to do anything other than connect so the clock starts.
