Anyone know why the sim won't detect a set of club sport pedals? They work with all other sims just fine. It knows they are there but they are highlighted red as 'missing devices'

I wasted 45 minutes trying to get my controllers working and any kind of steering feel but it was just rubbish, not going to waste any more time on it

Hey Gents

Nice race. I learnt my lesson last time out.. So this time I took it easy on the start of the race, pushed a few laps, had a few hairy moments.. But overall nice race..

A few people left early, I hope next time we will be more.. Well done all..

yeah, I think you're right there. I think I was 4th

Decent race for me - a great few laps at the start with lots of dicing, but in the end Reinhard got the better of me and there was no way I could say with it, so it all settled down into a matter of managing the gap behind and not pushing too hard

At the start of the race Geoffers was flashing in and out for me and I think this resulted in contact where upon his car completely disappeared. I could see a red triangle on the track map in front of me but no car on track. I had a similar invisible car in one of the previous sessions. Is this common?

If people leave before the race timer ends the the results order gets messed up. I have no replay so can't see who was actually where
if someone can confirm the actual order I can edit it.

No it's not common, but we have seen it a couple of times before. "seems" to be related to a dodgy conn. Jim thinks it can be
avoided by setting "show other car's insides" or something like that to off.

hello,

yes john finished the race in 2nd and i was 3rd,
he leave the serve to early, so this is reason why he is not in results. he did not wait till the after race times did go to 0.00 sec. (dump problem in r3e this is)

so i can confirm that john (or chunky in forum) was 2nd.

servus

..and sorry to anty for hard hit  for brake in T1 in start, i did push the clutch pedal and not the brake pedal  helpsmilie  and was thinking...what the hell, why my car do not slow down...

I had the same problem with the car in front of me, Postal's Monza I think, it disappeared early on the first lap but according to the timing was only 0.5s ahead of me. By the end of the lap it was behind me according to the timing, so must have passed him somewhere!  Huh

Was good fun although I had no one to race after I spun twice getting the change to 1st wrong at the chicane. Then on the final lap the car just cut out! Coasted to a halt, pressed ignition & start & it fired up again, most odd  Huh. So for the second week running the race finished before I crossed the line. Why have they put such a stupid system in place. The driving in this game is really good, but most of the rest of it is rubbish.

Congrats to the podium.

No problem Mr Berger, I was afraid I braked early into T1, I tried to hold the line, I got a bad pull away. No stress at all..

Also I see a NSU TT car, that little car looks fun to drive

Sorry to hear your wheel and pedals are not connecting properly with R3E MJ. Most frustrating things indeed.

The start was a bit of a gamble with Geoffers car suddenly reappearing going onto the Kemmel Straight! Eeeks, luckily it didn't cause any collisions. Was a bit causius after that happening.
Did some leaderbord laps earlier and the car felt very different for the race. Sliding like mad somehow. Did not take notice of any environment parameters, are there any? Anyhow, tried to keep as much pace as i dared, but the Dekon Monza seems no match for the 935 and Capri's. Was fun until i seemingly wrecked the gearbox and wasn't selecting gears anymore.

Geoffers posted in the R3E forum on here about the new cars in GTO they look very appealing
They will be included in these series somehow when they are released.

I know a guy from Rawtenstall with 2 NSU race cars, neither are fast, but look cool, and are "interesting"
"Maybe" if people want it we could run a spec race with it, but unless it gets some friends in the same group
I am unlikely to add it as a single car.

I will edit the results, I may need some help to make the champ scores update.
