This race will be a rolling start following a formation lap and the procedure is as follows:

*It will be the pole sitter's responsibility to complete the first lap at a pace that allows the rest of the grid to follow comfortably
*There should be no overtaking or hard accelerating/braking
*Drivers should avoid getting too far behind or too close to the driver in front
*Approximately 20 seconds before crossing the start line the pole sitter should slow down to a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*Each following driver shall close up directly behind the driver in front also maintaining a speed of no more than 50mph (80km/h)
*The pole sitter should maintain that speed until they cross the start line and then accelerate away to start the race (lap2)
*Each following driver should only accelerate when the driver directly ahead does (they do not have to wait until crossing the start line)
*No overtaking is allowed before crossing the start line at the completion of the formation lap

Practice: 20:00 GMT (30 mins)
Qual 2: 20:30 (15 mins)
Race: 20:45 ~ 60 Minutes

Cars allowed: Any car from "GTR3" Class
One car change allowed during the season without penalty
Track: Slovakia Ring
Time of Day Setting: Afternoon
Weather: Dry

Start: Manual rolling start with formation lap
Tyre wear: Normal
Fuel consumption: x2
Pit-stops: Minimum 1 stop required

Server: Simracing.org.uk
Password: see above
Driver lists can be found on the championship standings page

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the
rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another non pack track occasionally)
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

I will miss this as well, as I will be racing (sic) on the M6 but after doing a few laps here, I am starting to like it
There are a couple of corners which are built for drifting  Cool

Looking forward to this one. After bugging H@L for ages to include this track in our GTR2 series, when we finally raced there I missed it as I had problems getting on the server

I am indeed fussy. It's because I'm very important. I think. Or perhaps I'm just fussy.

Never really got ontop of the track or car, i was a bit too tired for some reason was struggling to concentrate but Apex was helping in that regard! Good fun either chasing or staying ahead with only a few seconds between us depending on how consistent we are!

Great racing Spanner! Great Battles I'm glad, it was so much fun lots of side by side action. Very classic intense racing I enjoyed it! Nice to see where each car had a little weakness Smiley. Overall I got Lucky!       Great Fun!

I did try to learn the track but failed. It would of been dangerous if I had started without remembering what corner was coming up. I don't think I have ever had that happen since trying to learn the nordschleife

After grabbing pole I then managed to choose the wrong gear at the end of the formation lap allowing John to power past. I decided to keep pace and see how things played out in pitstops but unfortunately I got too close to the back of the Ford mid corner and had to hit the brakes to avoid contact which resulted in me spinning.

Made more errors/spins through lack of concentration after that but biggest error was misjudging my fuel and having to pit again with a few minutes to go  Hit with a wet fish Should have made more of it because the Ruf felt very quick here, but grats to John on a great drive and well deserved win.

Good to see a new driver on the grid and hope you'll join us again Oscar  thumbup1

well that was close  Wink very close!!

thanks Goldtop and I did wonder what happened at the start Smiley. you did manage to keep me on my toes the whole race as you were much quicker than the Ford , and I do feel if you had kept the lead at the start it would have been a different story as I don't think I could have kept pace with you at all.

Great battling with you bud and looking forward to the next encounter
