UKAC Fun race - Nurburgring Short - Lotus 2-11 GT4 17th Feb


Booking: From 19:15 (BST) (60 mins)
Practice: 20:15 (15 mins)
Qual: 20:30 (15 mins)
Race: 20:45 18 Laps(approx 30 mins)

Cars allowed:
Lotus 2-11 GT4

Track: Nurburgring Short
Time of Day Setting: 14:00
Weather: Mid Clear
Start: Standing
Tyre wear: Normal
Fuel consumption: Normal
Pit-stops: None required

Server track settings:
SESSION_START=97
RANDOMNESS=0
LAP_GAIN=25
SESSION_TRANSFER=60

Damage: 70%

Server: simracing.org.uk
Password: see above

All drivers must be booked in to race before booking closes at 20:15 UK time.

Notes:
(1) Please make sure you are fully aware of the UKGTR Rules
(2) Driver lists can be found on the championship standings page
(3) Please use the Driver Details page to ensure that the league management software has your correct name

I can take up the mantle again if you guys don't mind? But I do want to run a competitive series rather than random single fun races.
My immediate personal choices are to run :-

A Coppa D'talia series using either modern F458's or Lambo Gallardos or the vintage version using F40's (not s3). Both would make a cracking single spec series.

Or, more hardcore :

A group C series using a mix of Sauber c9 and The Mazda (but been hanging on for the P-962). Problem is I think these cars suit a longer endurance style race rather than a sprint.  Undecided

Even the vintage f1 cars were great fun and could be used on more tracks but also want to use the McLaren f1gtr for more racing.

All fine by me, but I wouldn't combine the Merc with the Mazda again, they were completely unbalanced.
