I've taken to running with everything off, but ABS set to 'factory' mode ( I find cars that were released with ABS as standard are terrible without, as they tend to have way too much front bias - especially the Alfa hatches).
The server has been allowing ABS, Traction Control and I guess auto clutch. I turn off TC once onto the server as I find it slows my laps considerably, might be worth running until you've adjusted to the FF and game in general though
Ferrari might even be drivable without ABS, I haven't had a serious go yet to find out though
