Gosh - almost missed this. Nothing appeared in the Forthcoming event list. Have you created an Event MJ?

I'll join and give it a go. Not feeling so great, been off work, so might not stay for the race.

I think this track will serve as a perfect reminder to me to actually try new circuits in AC before race night so I know what I'm doing!
Hated it when I had my first go at about 7:25 and only really 'got it' about 10 laps into the race proper just after Ed passed me  Roll Eyes

After that I was having great fun hurling the Escort around and trying to recover from the horrendous pair of laps I performed just after being passed.
The replay is quite amusing in this regard as I don't think you could have more different setups or driving styles than Ed and I had for the race - his was very modern and pointy with seemingly endless grip while I was running full-fat 70's drift spec  Grin

I didn't quite get close enough again to challenge by the end of the race but had great fun trying to do so.
Well done to Ed for the win and to Peter for 3rd - what happened to Mark?

Sorry I baled on lap 10. I was on Brands GP all day yesterday and started suffering from shin splints from about lap 8  Sad with such a measly turn out it just wasn't worth the grief continuing.
I hadn't had any practise so was off the boil anyway this eve.

Enjoyed watching Ed and FMG up front for a few laps  thumbup1

Will run the BMP series from next week but if the low turnouts continue will have to think again.

I must have something wrong with the settings in my game. When I practised offline I couldn't get any noticeable over-steer in the car, same last week, but get on the server and it's a completely different animal. So no real practice other than some idea where I need to brake for all those blind corners. It wasn't until well in to the race I got a better handle on the car and its lairiness. I wasn't going to race for long but but MJ kindly kept making little mistakes and wasn't pulling away, I got a run out of the last turn and got past. I genuinely believed he'd let me so he could have some fun but he kept falling back and quit Sad

Roll on a proper championship and I hope a few more will turn up and give it a chance.
