I wouldn't run the Bentley because there are plenty of cars to choose from and we want to keep joining as simple as possible, having to download skins cars tracks apps is all so much hassle

What Shark said, as little downloads as possible, and 30 minute GT3 races sounds a bit short.
Don't get the hype around pitstops. People want to battle on track, and stops only takes that away.

Understand where your coming from on downloads, just think the Bentley is such an iconic car of the Blancpain series that it should be in the mix . Will see if anyone actually wants to drive it and if not then leave it out. Pit stop would just be in the 1hr races to give it the endurance vibe. Only a set of hards would last that long anyway. I agree 30min races are quite short but let's see what attendance figures are first and they are supposed to be sprint rounds. I would like 40min races if fuller grids and would like the endurance rounds longer but not easy for a midweek night for all to commit too so an hour is a fair compromise.

The longer the race the better for me as I like to do endurance races. 90 mins for endurance is good depending on attendance figures. Likewise, 40 min sprint races is good.
Keeping things simple would be nice in terms of skins but I like the idea of having the Bentley.

Re-installed AC and hoping to join you for the GT3 series. Ideally I'd prefer longer races than 30 minutes if numbers permit but not a problem here.
As for mods, one of the reasons I quit AC was all the downloading of skins and mods breaking with updates so the less the better for me.

Hi Keikojoe, choose your car as you wish, I would only ask for car changes if we ended up with say 10 audis and one Lambo but generally everyone picks their preference in gt3. After the test race I may ask everyone to let me know their car choice so I can add an entry list, but no biggie. Sprints could be 40mins but again let's see how many want to race first. Welcome back GT . Skins would be in a single zip file like my previous series and from my Dropbox link so no faffing about required.

No Zandvoort for this series, it's not in the Blancpain calendar.
I'm aiming to bring the races forward by 15 minutes by reducing booking time to 45mins. Any regulars have real problems with that? It helps any European drivers out as they are an hour ahead of us. Means practise starts at 8, qually at 8.15 and race at 8.30pm.

Earlier races is a plus for me. Why use the booking system? CORE doesn't use it I think and that works fine, atleast then you can be on the server long before and in a practice sessies.

True, I've forgotten the reason for using the booking system, someone remind me? Was it to do with chosen skins? Would rather a longer practise session than booking time.

We use the booking system as it saves creating a file with a list of drivers, their Steam ID, car and skin choice. It also enables drivers to turn up at the last moment without pre-registering. If someone wants to manage the drivers file and email it to me 10 mins before server start time then we can do it.

#25 Z4 for me I think. I've had a thing for these since the first time I saw/heard one in a VLN race at the 'Ring

We've always had a traditional 8pm UK time start. I believe it was you orginally suggested to move it later!

8pm+ is best for me due to putting little people to bed so MJ's suggested timings of 8, qually at 8.15 and race at 8.30pm is good for me personally.
