Ok, going with the Cougar C14-1. bit revvy and turboy, but the other one, though mid-engined was giving me too much understeer and actually didnt feel quick.

Hadn't done any practice for this so was surprised to take pole but was then under pressure all race from Eck. Our different cars seemed to have their strengths in different parts of the track which made things interesting as the gap fluctuated but ultimately Eck had better race pace. It came down to me being the more consistent, which was maybe down to car choice.

Or, a talent deficit... lol.

I was just hanging on. So much so, any time I got close, I'd make some sort of error. Thankfully, always at my own expense.

Reminded again, being fast isn't enough.

Grats sir, the best man won.

Bit lonely in third, struggling to concentrate. Noticed TT seems to be stuck 5 secs behind all race, but he fell off late on. Shame Apex decided to not brake into the first corner  Grin

where did your pace come from you two? that was pretty demoralising!

My setup for the other car last season was quite extreme, but really didn't do much from standard this time. I guess I need to play a bit more.

Feels like a really bad driving model for me, Spanner. Same corner, same speed, different braking distance; same corner, same speed, same entry point, sometimes understeer, sometimes oversteer... Sad
I miss GTR2.
