Make sure if you practice you're using the correct layout. We're racing the Automobilsport circuit again as T1 is slightly less severe.

Why they couldnt have designed this track with an actual first corner, not just a acre of tarmac, oh but the game will penalise you if you dont stick to the white line you cant see until your in the corner!

Using my Bathurst setup isnt too bad, but still find the front understeer too much. Times on the leaderboard

Wasnt expecting that tbh. surprised by everyones lack of pace in practise compared to me. Was still trying various tweaks as i felt the tyres werent going to last as i couldnt get the grip from the fronts as i wanted without softening it up but then couldnt lean on it as i wanted through the quicker corners. Bit frustrated at qually as i was up a couple of times in middle sector but never converted it. However still happy with second.

In th race i'm not sure what happend on the first lap, John seemed to slow down after the first corner and even GT tried a run on me. Got past but the gap stuck at a second. Next thing i know hes come past with ease and pulling away Sad Still pushing in first half but with a a few secs gap to John and around 10sec to GT i was then just trying to get it home. Still some areas i seemed to get closer though. Your line around that hairpin was throwing me off each lap!

Good fun, seem to be enjoying the sunday races a bit more nowadays.

The Z4 was a nightmare around here especially in the slow corners where it either had entry and exit understeer or wanted to swap ends if I was too hard on the throttle on exit. This and the fact it is slow in a straight line meant that not much fun was had. I think that has most of my excuses covered  Roll Eyes

Well done to Mark and John on what looked to be an exciting race. Eck, I thought you had me a couple of times into T1 and I was all ready to give up the place but you seemed to hang back  Huh

Surprised you and Apex took the bmw couldnt have been much fun. Expected the Ruf to do well here, all those hairpins suited the audi a little so the ruf should have been good as well. Slower corners it works well just not in others.

I hate, with a passion, Lausitz. I knew the mistakes were coming, I didn't want to be ahead when they did. Eventually I had a lapse and never recovered. If I made up ground or thought of being a little comfortable, I was immediately reminded of my inadequacies..  laugh
I got involved in the race, for a couple of laps. From then on, the racing was all elsewhere.

Grats again gents.
