Season 30 Professionals Trophy – Round 5 – Dragon's Nest

For Round 5 we go to Dragon's Nest. It's a great track, regardless of it being a fantasy track. It was very popular at its time of release and is still popular today. Many might remember it from the last Joe Shaw Memorial Trophy edition.

It's the hometrack of Gregory Taber.

I had a few connection/lag issues in quali as well Rob?

Sorry about any contact Dean. I was enjoying it so I hope you were as well. My steering did not seem right so I pulled over and stopped. I hope your okay and good luck to yourself and everyone still running.

A different kinda race for me.  Thanks to a nagging wrist pain which developed this morning for no apparent reason...and the extent of which has me considering taking a chainsaw to my arm ala Ash from Evil Dead as I don't think it could hurt much more.... I decided to DQ myself and start at the back.  To reduce the burden, I drove most laps with just my left hand AND in auto-shift mode.  LORDY!  IT BLOWS!

Sorry to learn of the disco's.  Life is anything but fair.

I was running a new internet connection today. I hope it was ok/better than my other connection? & that I wasn't the cause of the lag for others?

pb in quali for 4th, happy with that.
Got off the line better than the car ahead but couldn't move to pass because others were swamping both of us so hung it round the outside of t1 & ended up 7th or so after lap1.
33 laps is a long way to not make a disasterous mistake around here so I played the numbers game & tried to hang on to the guys ahead = we all had some great racing Cheesy

Had many laps chasing the evil one until I spun & that was that, 4th.

Good to have a positive race after a few bad ones recently. Sorry for those that disco'd, grats to podium & thanks to admins etc Cheesy

...sorry about any contact Dean...

NP. You bumped me onto the grass, brakes just noped. Good fun until then.  Sad

Roo's connection was much better. Didn't notice him jumping around at all. Made him harder to pass, too.  Angry
