Ptracker is really useful for moderating incidents. You can go to the race sessions and it shows you how many and in what lap any contacts were made.

I looked through the replay and there were a couple of Rosberg moves going on  Grin

Another thing that struck me last night is that these gt2's seem to create even closer racing than the gt3 class, which is a surprise. For most of the races in this series it's always felt that there were several cars around you could chase or battle with and last night about 4 of us were pretty much on the same stretch of Tarmac upto the finish line. Shame there aren't more cars to choose from.

I didn't see any contacts last night and if nobody reports one how the heck are we supposed to know about or moderate it? So only got yourselves to blame if repeated contacts are going un-checked.
The last few reports I did just disappeared into the ether so I assumed they were just not being monitored anymore.

I'm not sure its the cars, you only have to look at our practise times prior to the event on stracker. we are all close in performance anyway so there will be people of similar pace in the race. Plus with only 3 cars anyway you have to drive them and make them work, rather than finding a car out 7 or 8 that better suits you or choosing a car that doesn't.

Jeff, why did you uninstall AC? Seems a bit drastic for a downshift glitch  Undecided

Because almost all cars suffer from it (maybe not the GT3, can't remember), so there isn't a reason for me to let the game installed, as I won't be playing it until that fake stuff is removed.

Don't cars nowadays actually have downshift protection in real life ?

I know the modern day F1 cars have dsp in order to prolonge the gearbox's life. I'm guessing they probably have some sort of dsp for the GT cars aswell.
