me feels a xmas multi heat special on the cards using a different car over say 3 heats of 20 mins.
Seeing a lot of people struggling to practice for 1 car, having to learn 3 tricky cars is not recommended IMO.

It feels a bit wallowy to me like a softer sprung car, whether that's due to said bug I don't know. Still pretty good fun to race around Brands in it, especially a pack of them

Tried the Carrera S vs the M4 Akrapovic and they were really close, within a few hundredths. Think that might be a fun combo.

I'm happy to put a choice in the mix if it works. Can one of you quick honchos see what you can get with the Evora? But all car choices must be able to run on semi slicks, no fancy racing tyres.

Was already testing some cars which I listed before:
M4 Standard version is too slow M4 Akrpovic To me, right on par Lotus Evora GTE Carbon Too fast Lotus Exige 240R Stage 3 Too fast, STD version is too slow Lotus Exige V6 CUP Too fast Mazda RX7 TUNED Quite equal, but a totally different kind of car, feels more like a drift car and maybe the age difference makes it look out of place Porsche Panamera Turbo Too slow

Try the Evora GTE Jeff! The Carbon is 100kg lighter than the standard one.
Managed to get into the 41's on a rare clean lap with the 911. Tried a few in the Evora but was too erratic but i could get it in the 41s i think.
Does the real car run that much rear camber? the front has very little on default. Any idea on its brake bias? keep losing the rear almost mid-apex alot.

Because everyone has their preferred car make and if a variety works together, why not? I'll still be in a porsche But if suspicion of any having a clear advantage i would rather make it single make. Evora normal, non carbon. May have been gte, can't remember.

I'm on 1:40 in the pork. Yes I thought rear camber was oddly high, I also added a tad more front. Err why are you touching the brakes mid apex? Sounds like your trying to throw the car into the corners too fast, brake before turn in get the weight shifted onto front wheels and power out the corner not into it.

I've just done an afternoon testing at Brands GP and found the M4, Exige S, Exige V6, Evora GTE were all within a second +|- of the Porsche 911 Carrera S so all competive. I would personally pick the Exige S or V6 as my weapon of choice against the Porka

BMW M4 Akrapovic vs. Carrera S sounds like the best/most balanced combo to me.

Yeah, they seem very equal. The Lotus cars are easily a second faster and that's with default setup and they have a lot more setup options, so they can in theory be even faster. Haven't tried the normal GTE yet.
