Simbin are not developing GTR2, Blimey! are. In fact we don't really know what Simbin do anymore, other than snap up nice licenses.

I don't see why they just don't make a WTCC game as an addon mod to GTR2.  That makes more sense to me, if they went that route then they could do things like release a 2005 FIA season addon mod, etc...

rather charge full price, also doing that means the market for WTCC can only every be smaller than the market for GTR2.

They should just make WTCC an add-on. I'm sure everyone that buys GTR2 would buy it. But I guess this they can make a little more money.
