I was going to suggest something with a Lotus for Linus, but you finally managed to shove this down our thoats, something you've been trying for weeks I aim to please The old Lotus F1 cars would also be awesome on this circuit

I would like to have a go at this one, I am working in Chesterfield next week, with a 2 hour journey home but might be able to get back in time... just. I can't remember what you have to do to join AC events? I'm sure it's posted somewhere.

Run Ac - go to driving -> online. Enter 'org.uk' in to the search box to quickly find the server. Enter password, select car and click join. Seeing as it's a fun race with a single car you'll be able to join right up to the end of qualifying (as I did last night). If you can't see the server after searching it's probably hidden because of the filters you've selected. Turn them all off and we should be there. BTW the 'step counter' I wear on my wrist shows me twice as busy on the wheel in RRE than AC

For possible higher turnout, have you tried posting the password publicly in threads at the AC forum, RRL etc? That way people don't need to create an account and it will be easier to just join.

People really need to join for the result import to work fully. I know we can allocate people as guest drivers but it just ruins AFAIC.

I did a few laps here a few night ago, (before I knew that MJ was posting the event) while I tried a few older cars at the same track. Apart from the fronts locking up - easily cured I didn't find it too hard to drive, certainly not as inducing as the nutter Gr cars in R3E. Perhaps I was just driving too slow

With a bit of support next week this combo could prove to be memorable. Low 40's had to turn off god rays, at 16.30 too blinding with them on(running oculus rift).

Might give this a go also as I love the Cobra Thanks for considering me also for a Lotus race. If we do at some point, please can it be with either an Exige, Elise or 2-11. The 2-11 GT4 is a blast as well and might be nice if we can have some other cars in the mix like Porsche etc. Happy to do some testing to compare times.
